Perfect in every way

Looked exactly like pictures, really clean and cozy, amazing location (<5 min walk to bars, restaurants, hotel earl), reserved parking! ridiculously easy check-in/out.

Condo in downtown Charlevoix

The condo was clean and very convenient. It’s small but the right size for a short stay and two people. I suggest that that a bar of soap for the shower was be helpful. The hand soap was watered down which was not good. Otherwise the place was very good. Did not have any communications with condo manager. It wasn’t needed.

Short and Sweet Trip without Hot Water

At first we loved the condo. As we drove in we noticed it’s walking distance to Lake Michigan and to the downtown area so no need to pay for parking. When we walked into the condo it was very clean. After driving all day we wanted to take a shower and that’s when we discovered there was no hot water. We informed the host as soon as we discovered it and they were responsive but we didn’t have hot water for our whole stay. We were compensated for some of our stay and offered to move to a new condo late into our last night there. We understand that things happen but we will most likely not be staying here again not because it’s not a nice condo but because the situation could’ve been handled better especially since our stay was so short. We hope upcoming guests have a nice stay and hot water!

Excellent Location with the BEST Beds

Beautiful new condo a few steps from Lake Michigan and the bridge in downtown Charlevoix. We could walk everywhere - including the grocery store - and enjoyed our stay very much. East check-in, great hosts. Even accommodated a last minute change in our itinerary (above and beyond expectations).

Clean, cozy, & great location

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location to walk to restaurants and explore Charlevoix. Explored nearby cities during day trips (Bay Harbor, Petosky, Traverse City, Torch Lake). The townhouse was very clean, had everything we needed including hairdryer and steamer which weren't in the listing! Would definitely recommend staying here!
