Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your arrival experience left you feeling uncomfortable and that it affected the start of your family vacation. We take comments about guest service very seriously. After reviewing the available audio and video from the interaction, we were not able to confirm that the specific comments described were made. That said, we understand that every guest interaction matters, and we regret that you left with a negative impression of the front desk experience. We’re glad you appreciated the views, but we’re sorry the room size, couch comfort, and bed setup did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the listing photos, furniture, and mattress comfort will be shared with our team and the unit owner for review. We understand there are many lodging options in Charlevoix and throughout Northern Michigan, and we’re disappointed to hear this stay did not encourage a return visit. Thank you again for sharing your perspective, as guest feedback helps us continue to evaluate both service and property presentation.
