We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, the beach was right outside the front door and it is walking distance to many places to eat. We definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay in Tahoe. Very modern, clean with some great touches like the heated bathroom floor. Views from the master bedroom and living room are stunning and the coffee shop and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Amazing view of the lake from both 2nd and 3rd floors. The communication from the property manager was excellent and on-time. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Great walkability to coffee, ice cream, and pizza shops. Only complaint is that both toasters were broken. We will definitely rent again and recommend to friends.

The property and its location are absolutely amazing. Being located directly on one of the few beaches in North Lake Tahoe made all of our beach days incredibly easy and stress-free. The property was also within walking distance of great shops and restaurants, and the amenities were fantastic. Having beach chairs, beach towels, and a grill on the patio were all really nice touches.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing, especially given the price of the stay. When we checked in, there was sand on several bedroom floors, on the stairs, and even in one of the beds. One of the bedrooms also had noticeable brown smudges and small dirty footprints on the white walls. The property itself is beautifully decorated and in an incredible location, but the lack of attention to cleaning took away from the overall experience. We had to make an effort not to look too closely at the cleanliness.The location and amenities are truly hard to beat, but we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the price.

King's Beach Stay

Great property and location. Private beach access is great as King's Beach does get busy on a weekend.Only negative was that outside furniture was a bit untidy and could have been cleaned up a bit prior to our visit. Overall recommend the property.

Great place

This is a really nice property. Our group of 6 fit perfectly. It was well furnished and the kitchen was really nice even though we didn't really cook. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely property right in the heart of King's Beach Lake Tahoe. The home had everything we needed, was decorated nicely, very clean, and the communication with us on rules and what to expect was perfect.

A true lake experience

The location was perfect. Walking out the door onto the sandy Kings Beach. Everything from paddle boarding and jet skiing is right there. The house had magnificent views and felt comfortable to be in. Excellent for a busy family that likes convenience

King’s Beach Getaway

The views are incredible, whether from the primary bedroom upstairs or the living room or the deck, the lake and mountain views are stunning. Location is perfect for walking to coffee and restaurants and the beach is literally outside the front door. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. We cant wait to come back.

Everything you need at your doorstep!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had unobstructed views of the lake and shops and restaurants basically at the end of the driveway. Beach and jet ski rentals were right next door. Everything we needed was within walking distance which made it so convenient! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

We’ve stayed at this location a few times and are never disappointed. It’s perfect location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. You can’t beat the views and beach access. Everything we need is right here, without needing to worry about driving and parking. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 6.
