Welcome to Water's Edge Cottage! Our recently renovated cozy cottage on Indian Point is ready for your relaxing trip to the Lake.

Our home backs up to Table Rock (literally steps away!), is walking distance to Indian Point Marina, and is an easy 5-min drive to Silver Dollar City! New flooring, paint, lights, appliances, furniture, décor, TV, etc. Newly renovated and ready for you!

Enjoy being close to everything, yet tucked away on a private lot right at the edge of the water.

Welcome!

Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a fun time out with the kiddos. Enjoy the serene views out the back from your private deck, stream a show on the 50" smart TV, or have a game night in our cozy cottage!

Our beautiful one bedroom cottage features a comfy memory foam King-sized bed and a queen-sized sofa bed. Full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. Starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided. If you're staying for longer than a couple days, you'll likely need to pick up some more paper products from the store.

We haven't forgotten about the little ones! Enjoy the use of our pack-n-play for sleepy time and the highchair for meal times.

Our well-stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances will be perfect for cooking up a tasty meal!

Relax and watch a show on the smart TV in the Living Room, with free high speed wi-fi! There is NO cable service provided, so please plan to log in to your favorite streaming service to watch TV or a movie.

BBQ grill & utensils provided. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter and clean the grill when done using it.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra $300 cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence (smell or otherwise) of smoking in the home.

We love our home! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged upon checkout.

Because we respect our cleaners' time, there is a $50 fee for late checkout, since they plan for 10AM checkout.

Free driveway parking. PLEASE no driving or parking on the grass. Maximum of 2 vehicles. Please no street parking as it is a narrow street. Also please be careful backing out of the driveway as it is narrow.

Full access to the home. There is a locked cabinet in the bathroom and kitchen for owner's supplies.

We live in Nixa, which is just up the road from Indian Point. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay and we hope to provide that for you. Our stay was perfect for the 2 of us. Went to SDC and it was lierally 2 minutes away. Peaceful, right on the lake. The only issue was low on supplies but text the owner and someone was there immediately! Thank you Kevin. We'll be back!

Great bed, fully equipped kitchen for baking etc!! Cozy Deck & Amazing Sunrise/Sunset vibes. Not a luxury cabin, but everything you need is provided, including legit HVAC and very hot water;-)

Sweet Cottage Right near the Water

We loved this little cottage. It had everything we needed, King bed, pull out sofa, tvs for the kids, well appointed kitchen, nice deck for bbq'ing and looking out at the water. The resort was great too and had lots of amenities. We rented a boat one day and used the swimming dock multiple times. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was nice. Things I didn't like:The floor was taper toward the kitchen (like it was an old garage foundation) The cabin was not stocked probably. Kitchen items were missing Front deck needed repairs.

Very nice place!!

The only inside of the cabin is great! Clean, great wifi, loved having a washer & dryer, great water pressure for a shower after a long day on the water! Wish the outside was kept up a bit better. Especially the view to the lake, lots of weeds, dead branches, old leaves, etc.

Big Picture 5 Star, Zoom in on a Few Flaws

Great location!!! We love Indian Point, and this tiny home was easy to find, and close to everything we could need. The cottage is completely updated inside and had all the necessities: kitchen items, coffee, laundry pods, tons of towels, hair dryer - HUGE PLUS for this busy mama. Fit our family of four (kids 4 & 6) perfect. We didn’t eat meals at the cabin (ate with family down the street), and didn’t spend a lot of time inside. It worked for a 3 day trip! TV was super easy to set up for movies before bed. Seeing the water was nice from the deck, but it’s a private locked dock. Decor was adorable. Water pressure was good! If I HAD to find what could have been better: Sheet for pull out was pulled out at bedtime for the kids and was damp and had to be dried. The bathroom window didn’t lock properly (kitchen and bathroom were completely unlocked when we arrived) & there was no blind on the kitchen window that looked right at my sleeping kids… major mom stress at night. Plus, you’ll be up at the crack of dawn with any small children so bright (which is a plus during waking hours). I decided to run one load of laundry and our clothes came out ruined (stained?). I told the owner and they just said they’ve never had the problem. I didn’t push further, not worth it. The bathroom door had to be shut in slow motion for it to latch and stay shut. Beds are not comfortable, but it was really nice to have a King and a Queen in such a small house. Again, this home worked great for my family (other than the laundry) for a three day trip. Good memories were made!
