Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three legged honu (turtle) that we named “Hop Along.” Share the luxurious and elegant lifestyle with your loved ones by immersing in our professionally designed villa. With the lagoons and Pacific Ocean at our front door and the Ko Olina Championship Golf Course at the back, come and experience one of the most memorable vacations of your lifetime.

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort: Roy's, Mina's Fish House, Monkeypod Kitchen, Longboards, 'Ama 'Ama, and even the tasty Mekiko Cantina. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:

Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and a beach towel per guest; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor in the Ocean Tower and includes 2 parking spaces.
A minimum of 6 nights is required at the Beach Villas for all reservations.

Quiet and relaxing

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed ourselves. We loved that we were steps away from the beach, pool and hot tubs. We were also walking distance to restaurants and bars.Market down the street. The condo has everything you would need including comfy beds.

Clean and relaxing

Great communication before and during our stay. The property is very clean including the unit. The lagoon for this property is one of the least busy. Traffic to Ko-Olina from Honolulu can get bad in the afternoons so plan ahead.

Ko'Olina Beach Villas

We had a great time and this unit worked well for our family! Would highly recommend this property for a family vacation, and we would certainly return. The complex is located adjacent to a three other large properties; the Four Seasons, Marriott Vacations, and a Disney Vacations Hotel. A terrific walkway along the beach connects all four, and the development was done in such a way that each lodging property has their own protected lagoon that opens out into the ocean.

Fantastic stay!!

Close to Waikiki but not in the heart of all the crazy, about a 30 min drive away. The pools are well maintained and the kids loved it! The condo was well maintained with enough beds and bathrooms for us all. The beds are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on!!

Best place we have stayed in Hawaii!

Everything about this place is amazing! The condo is large enough to have your own space, even when staying with others, and has ample common space for eating, talking, or playing games as a group. All of the furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The pools (there are two) are great! The hot tubs (there are three) have great views, the lagoon is fun to play in and had a surprising number of fish to see while we were snorkeling there. The place provided snorkel gear, body boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and lots of sand and beach toys to keep kids and teens busy and entertained. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning! We stayed at a gorgeous condominium in Koʻolina, Hawaii, and it exceeded all our expectations. The views were breathtaking, with ocean lagoons that made every sunset unforgettable. The property itself was beautifully maintained, lush, and serene, capturing the true essence of paradise. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Cherie was the best! It was a dream vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Stunning property in ko’ olina

This was an absolutely stunning place to stay. Perfect for a family vacation. All thing inside and out beautiful. Best place we ever stayed and Cherie if Honu homes is top notch. The property the unit the beach the pools the location are superb!

WE LOVED YOUR BEACH VILLA AT KO OLINA

We just completed our stay at Beach Villa at Ko Olina. There were five adults and all five loved the spaciousness, location and overall cleanliness. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby making everything fun!!

Paradise Perfection!!!☀️🌺🌈

This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. This is a spacious VRBO with high end appliances and all of the amenities you may need (ex: from pool noodles to water shoes to boogie boards). The best part is the huge lanai with pocket doors that bring the calm Hawaiian breeze inside. The Beach Villas are between the Marriott, Disney and Four Seasons. All are great, though are busy and crowded. The Beach Villas are beautiful, laid back, and not crowded, which is great when at the pool or beach. PLUS, the hospitality from Cherie is unparalleled. She made us feel very welcome and was available for anything we needed. This truly was paradise perfection!

Fantastic In Every Way

One of our best VRBO experiences ever! Cherie with Honu Homes was wonderful - extremely friendly, helpful & attentive. I would rent from Honu Homes again simply because of Cherie! The unit was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, spacious and everything we were looking for. The resort, parking spot, pools, beaches were all above expectations and within steps from the unit. Location is perfect! The extras like treats, beach gear, towels & plenty of supplies made our stay like we were at home. Would 100% stay here again and will definitely recommend!

Family Vacation 2024

The property was beautiful and the parking was great for our needs. The condo is only minutes away from Costco, Target and some wonderful places to eat. The property manager Cherie was great to work with and the ladies at the check-in counter were so helpful when we arrived early. We stayed 7 nights and we utilized the washing machine, dryer and the dishwasher. The only thing I would recommend is that they provide luggage racks, since some of us don't like to unpack our suitcase. This was truly an amazing place to stay!

Perfect

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect lagoon, perfect weather. Just a perfect place to stay! There was 8 of us in the villa. Really needed another bedroom but that wasn’t an option and we made due. Other than a couple of “bumps” with home owners association, everything was great.

Amazing!

Perfect location. 3rd visit to Oahu. 1st time at Ko’olina. This trip we really appreciated the shared living space over multiple separate hotel rooms. My husband and I had the spacious king suite with en-suite bathroom (comfortable beds). Two young adult sons shared a bedroom with 2 twin beds and the main bathroom, and our married son and his wife and infant shared the queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Perfect layout for our 3 generations. Full high end kitchen and spacious living area. The lanai was a favorite family spot to hangout. Everything we needed was there as far as kitchen amenities, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Even a high chair! The resort itself was friendly staff and guests, quiet, gorgeous pools, clean, and the lagoon in front of that resort was not packed at all, perfect doesn’t even begin to cover this location! Close to grocery stores and other shopping and dining. Easy to drive anywhere on the island from here. And the host was absolutely amazing in communication and getting us checked in and out! I’d give it more stars if I could!

Our favorite place to stay on Oahu

This was our 5th time at Ko'Olina Beach Villas. We love the beach access, calm lagoon, paved walkway for long walks in the morning and evening, and awesome pools on the property. Condo was well stocked with baby items (pack n play, high chair) and we used the kitchen daily. Beds were SUPER comfortable- this is always a gamble with rental properties! We will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful vacation stay at the Beach Villas. The property was as expected and met our needs very well, and Cherie did a terrific job for us. We would definitely recommend. The only frustration was actually with the facility management who had some policies restricting umbrella use on the beach that were ridiculous. Otherwise, it was great.
