Property was very clean and comfortable. All necessary kitchen, entertainment and bathroom items were in great condition. Rooms were comfortable with good linens. Lots of beach and pool gear available which was very helpful. Pool was wonderful and lagoon is in 10-15 minute walking distance. Nearby restaurants were all great and the nearby ABC store was a lifesaver. Property manager Maria and her team were very helpful and attentive.

We can not express how impressed we were with this home! We stayed there with my 9 year old son and he never wanted to leave the house. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new, well kept and great quality. Golf course, the lagoons and abc store was just minutes away by walking. It is in a gated community, so it was safe for families and not noisy. Every question and request we had, Maria took care of it in minutes. Yes, minutes!!! Checking in and checking out was easy and clear instructions were given. Maria even checked on us when there was a tsunami warning in Hawaii ( which didn’t even happen and we were located far away from it). We truly felt right at home and there is absolutely nothing we had issues or trouble with. The garage also had beach chairs and floaties. The downstairs bathroom had beach and pool towels available. The fridge was huge and all the beds were extremely comfortable. We already talked about coming back again on the plane ride home. We are thankful to have found such a gem and definitely will be back.

Wow — thank you so much for your incredible review! We’re truly touched by your kind words and so happy to hear that your family, especially your son, enjoyed the home so much that he didn’t want to leave! That’s the best compliment we could receive. It means a lot to us that you found the home clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we take great pride in keeping everything in top shape so guests can just relax and enjoy. We’re also glad you appreciated the location and felt safe and cared for during your stay, even during the unexpected tsunami warning (thankfully it turned out to be nothing!). Maria will be thrilled to hear your praise — she genuinely loves making sure every guest feels right at home, and your words will mean the world to her. Knowing that you’re already talking about coming back is the best feedback we could ask for. Thank you again for choosing our home for your Hawaii getaway. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Oahu property! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The house was beautifully appointed with great accommodations that made our family of six feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent throughout—responsive, helpful, and accommodating whenever we needed anything. While the patio and lanai needed a quick cleaning upon arrival, it was no issue at all and I handled it easily. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return to this same home on our next trip! Thank you!

Based in California we've been vacationing in Hawai‘i for years — and Oʻahu has always held a special place in our hearts. From the vibrant island culture to the breathtaking beaches and warm community feel, it’s where we’ve made some of our favorite memories together.

Ko'Olina, in particular, captured us with its calm lagoons, walkable resort lifestyle, and relaxed pace that feels like true paradise. Over time, it became more than just a vacation spot — it became a second home. Now, we return as often as we can to recharge, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of this island we love so much.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it feels like a true retreat — quiet, beautifully maintained, and full of aloha spirit. Whether it’s morning coffee on the lanai, family beach days, or evening strolls through the resort, Ko Olina Kai has become our happy place — and we’re excited to share a bit of that joy with you.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Just minutes from the Ko'Olina Golf Club, and even closer to some of the area’s most popular restaurants. Enjoy a laid-back breakfast at Eggs 'n Things (a family favorite), ABC's Country Island Market, island-inspired dining at Monkeypod Kitchen, or fresh sushi and seafood at Roy’s Ko'Olina — all just a leisurely stroll from the front door.

In the evenings, take a short walk down to Paradise Cove, where you can relax by the shoreline, catch a stunning sunset, or enjoy the famous luau featuring traditional Hawaiian music, dance, and cuisine.

With beaches, dining, golf, and cultural experiences all just steps away, this villa’s location makes it easy to enjoy everything Ko'Olina has to offer — no driving necessary. A big plus for our family of four!

Whether you're heading to the lagoons for a morning swim, golfing in the afternoon, or dining under the stars, everything is within easy walking distance — no car needed to enjoy the best of Ko'Olina!
