A stone’s throw from the Ryman Auditorium, a short walk to Broadway & Printer’s Alley. Just renovated historic Ambrose Loft in former printing company building built in 1905.

14’ ceilings, exposed brick & beams, Carrera marble shower & handshower, custom waterfall marble vanity with copper sink & Brizo fixtures.

Loft overlooks 4th Avenue, includes cable & 70” TV in living room & 65” TV in the bedroom. Curated record collection with some of my favorites. Parlor guitar.

No parking. Pay garage next door.

Host was very accommodating in allowing me to check in early since I was checking out elsewhere from a business trip that morning. Fantastic location near Broadway and all of the good restaurants.

Location is key and you couldn’t find a better spot. Easy walking distance to Broadway but removed enough that if you wanted a quiet evening that was (mostly) attainable. Loft was very clean and comfortable. Tastefully appointed with far more than the necessities. Only complaint was the apartment above. Their bathroom is over the bedroom and each “flush” feels like it’s over your head while in bed. Earplugs were provided and I’d suggest them for that reason alone.

This was a very comfortable and clean property. My wife and I enjoyed the location as you can walk to so many places. Many restaurants and bars within short distances from your front door. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely take advantage of the ear plugs that are provided.

No need for a car as everything is within walking distance. We took an Uber to the Grand Ole Opry and Bluebird Cafe. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

What an amazing piece of property... PERFECTLY located 2 blks from lower Broadway!! Printer's Alley is even closer and a great time as well! Amazing Italian restaurant across street, plus Subway, a taqueria, and Stabucks within FEET of front door. Very quiet, CONSIDERING! Would stay there everytime we come back!

We loft the lofts!

This is our favorite location in Nashville. We really love staying near Printers Alley. The host was very helpful and the place was perfect for us. If I had to say one negative, it would be to condition of the sofa. It was very dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The same goes in the bathroom toilet area. Other than that, we would stay in the place again!!

Came in for a Billy Idol concert. Check in is easy, place was perfect, and location can’t be beat. Walk to everything!

Location and style

Plenty of space and comforts. Loft was clean and well maintained. Excellent location to arena and Printers Alley.Several parking garages available with variety of prices. Loft was easy to get in and out of.Host communication was timely with good content.We will be back!

Perfect location

This is the third time we have stayed in this property and we will be back. We are able to walk to concerts, shopping, and restaurants from the condo. The convenience for us is perfect.

Great location!

Clean and a great location… just a few blocks from all the action. Easy entry and communication from host was quick. Starbucks in the sane block and walking distance to many great restaurants. The only thing I wished I would have brought was laundry detergent as my husband and I each had one set of towels for 4 days.

Highly Recommended!!!

The property was exactly as I expected. One of the best locations in Nashville. Just far enough from Broadway to avoid the noise. 1 block from Printer's Alley, my favorite part of Nashville. Easy walk to 3 of Nashville's best restaurants (Skull's, Jeff Ruby's, & Sinatra's). What really stood out was how accommodating Vijay (property manager) was. I was originally booked to arrive on a Thursday but was impacted by one of the recent hurricanes. I had to adjust my travel twice and eventually arrived on Saturday. Vijay was super understanding and didn't hesitate to adjust my stay and credit me the two days. Thank you for being understanding and making things easy!

RENTER BEWARE

Let me start off by saying that I had booked this trip for my fiancés birthday. We were so excited to visit Nashville and it was her first time. Unfortunately, hurricane helene had other plans. We had saw the news that it was headed right towards Nashville. I contacted the host a few days before asking if we could switch the dates with the fear it may be too dangerous to travel. He responded telling me that he didn’t have any of the alternate dates I asked for and then said for me to contact VRBO and which I did. They then told me that it was up to the host to offer another alt date. And preceded to contact them. VRBO then told me the host denied our request. I then went ahead and messaged the host and he responded that he had 10 other reservations and they didn’t have any issues. He also said that he now wouldn’t be able to book our room so basically saying eat it. I just want to add that I understand if it were any other circumstance.. but this is an act of Mother Nature and to not be understanding with someone’s safety being at ask is ludicrous to me. I am a full time firefighter and put my life on the line every day for strangers so I couldn’t understand where this person was coming from. I guess some people prioritize money over human beings. Thankfully everything went well and we arrived safely. Once there. My finance commented on how dirty everything was. The sheets looked like they w

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville, Tennessee. This was an excellent location to visit a lot of the downtown locations we were looking for. Good access to restaurants and bars on Broadway. Our only concern was the volume of the neighbors that we could hear fairly easily through the walls. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Perfect location

The loft was in the perfect location. It was comfy and inviting. Steps away from all the action but far enough away to enjoy quite when we returned in the evening! Missed the Keith Urban pop up but were able to enjoy Tootsie’s 64th birthday celebration! Will definitely return!

Great space & location!

My daughter and I loved staying at this property! The location was fantastic, super close to Broadway but far enough that there were no crowds. The space is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and very clean. And the bed was super comfy! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location, walk anywhere in downtown. Will stay again. Only negative it that parking does not have a daily rate and is expensive. Great place to stay!

Nashville Get-a-way

Great location; loved the large windows overlooking the street. Would suggest a in-house booklet with more details about where to find the Urban Market around the corner, local restaurants, available kitchen amenities (example - built in coffee filter) offer a keuring option; need a frying pan; provide a couple of laundry pods); need larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, using the shower diverter, explain keypad locking system for elevator and auto door lock, etc. Neighbors were noisy late into the night.
