Tucked within a small, peaceful cluster of cabins, you'll immediately feel the calm, laid-back atmosphere. Listen to the soothing sounds of the river right from the cabin, or take a short stroll to the private community river access.

Good to Know Before You Book:
This is a studio-style, one-room cabin - with no separate bedroom. There is NO dishwasher. Lastly, a campground sits across the river and it may be more visible in fall/winter when leaves are off the trees.

No smoking or drug use on the property
No fireworks
Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance
Signed rental agreement required prior to check-in

Perfect cabin for father and son first trip to GSMNT. Right on the river with incredible views. Literal minutes away from the entrance and some popular waterfalls & hikes. Host communicated well & the town was friendly and also very close. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our first stay.

The property was just as listed, and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We found the setting to be lovely and perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The cabin was charming, and we especially loved the sun room overlooking the river. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The proximity to Cade's Cove, waterfalls and hiking trails was wonderful. We would love to visit again.

Location was quiet and private. Hot Tub was clean, hot and ready to go. Kitchen was well stocked, bed comfy and the sun room was gorgeous. A couple of things would have improved the stay - a shovel or something to help manage the outside fire pit, a stacked washer/dryer and a couple of larger towels for the jacuzzi. The views of The Little River, the stars at night and the spring blooms were stunning.

Everything we could want, just perfect!

My wife and I have been doing "getaways" since the kids got adult-ish. This beautiful Townsend cabin's location is the most picturesque, the shortest drive, near the coolest small town, and the cabin itself seems to have been assembled from our dreams! And then there's the hot tub! I don't want to talk about it too much, or else it might be harder to book next time!

This little cabin was just the cutest! It was clean and beautiful! Great location also! The view down to the river was gorgeous!! Would not hesitate to book again!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!
