**2 chairs & an umbrella rental included during 2026 season!! (March-October)**

This beautiful unit is located on the 5th floor of Aqua Resort, allowing you to enjoy the high-rise life while being low to the ground! You and your party will be able to spread out and relax in this recently updated Aqua unit! As you enter your future getaway home, you will be in love with the floor-to-ceiling balcony windows.

Making your favorite local cuisine has been made each with a fully stocked kitchen. The open layout of this unit makes it easy for you to gather together while being spread out! No matter what you decide to do Aqua 505 has everything you will need to ensure your vacation runs smoothly!

Within walking distance of Pier Park (less than one mile) this luxury resort features amenities like a Whirlpool Grotto, Indoor pool, Gulf Front Outdoor pools, on-site Fitness Center, Cafe, and rich tropical settings to get you ready to enter your vacation dream home. Your family living area is richly appointed throughout with an open setting to both dining and kitchen activities and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to let the Florida sunshine in.

**Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes BEFORE arrival.

Hot tub too small for the size of the property. Beach chairs were nice to have, but not accommodating for the number ofGuest in the condo. Excellent ocean view and the condo was stock as advertised. The 2 small issues we had were rectified in a reasonable amount of time.

True to listing. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Just wished we would have known every floor has a trash disposal point located on the ends of the floor, you have to call security for the car parking code upon arrival and lastly bring your own condiments. The view was breathtaking and centrally located to everything. Will definitely come back.

Property was as described. Plenty of room in the condo- just need a lot of seating for our family of 8. Beach chair service is a plus! Overall, the property is great. Just minutes from attractions like Pier Park.

Christmas Vacation!

We love the set up of our rooms. There is plenty of room for the adults and the kids to have space. The view from our room is breath taking! The parking garage is very convenient. Location is perfect for seeing all the sights. We always enjoy our stay!

When we arrived at the property, we were unable to get into the parking garage & had a car waiting behind us. We had not been given the code to get into the garage in advance. The car behind us let us in & I called Blue Swell to get our code. The answering service called an on-call agent & got our code for us promptly. When we walked into our room, we immediately noticed what looked like graffiti on the walls throughout the condo. I sent photos via Vrbo so the owner would know we were not responsible for it, but did not hear back from them. The condo was in decent condition otherwise, but not up to our personal standards. There were areas that did not seem clean & a lot seemed a bit outdated and worn out. About half way through our stay we started noticing a sewage smell. They sent someone out that evening while we were away & the smell was not resolved. They sent someone the following day, & they were able to take care of it, & were very kind to work with. We did have to deal with the foul smell for about 24 hours. One elevator was out the entire time we were there. Our friends who arrived a few days before us said they called it in, it was fixed, & became broken again almost immediately. It made getting to & from places a little trickier due to the number of guests at Aqua during the holiday week. The resort itself was nice, & we appreciated having the amenities (pool, hot tub, outdoor showers, bar, beach chair service). We would stay at Aqua again, but not this same unit.

Extended Holiday

We took a spontaneous trip to the beach over Labor Day and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The unit was just as described and in a great location. Such a plus that this unit came with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Aqua is the perfect location. Walking distance to pier. Schkums right across the street. You can hear street traffic though but not to bad!
