Close to the sand! This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the guest room and queen sofa bed. There is also a work desktop and chair. Kitchen is completely open to the living room and offers a regular coffee maker for your morning coffee. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms. TV's are all Smart TV's. This unit is located on the South Side by the pool deck. This unit also offers High Speed Internet.

Bathroom - Shower/tub combo
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Great Location

Condo is very well located right on the boardwalk with a balcony that overlooks the ocean. Interior is a bit dated but the unit was clean and provided everything we needed.

Lovely vacation

My sister and I enjoyed our week in the condo. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including kitchen supplies. The location is convenient to everything but is on a quiet section of the boardwalk. We had some communication issues about our specific week but it was resolved.

Needs Updates

The carpet has terrible stains in every room. The living room has an area carpet thrown over parts to hide some stains while creating a tripping hazard. The bathroom is original with fixtures difficult to turn on to shower. The only perk is the location next to the pool. The balcony has only 2 chairs. The metal railing on the balcony is dented and sticks up at the seam. The renovated units surrounding are much nicer.
