Ocean View Condo Located in Downtown Rehoboth Beach

Come enjoy this beautifully renovated Ocean View studio just steps to the Beach. This unit is located on the 6th floor on the North Side. This unit offers ample amount of storage, a Queen bed with a Queen Sleeper sofa, Keurig and Regular coffeemaker. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony with views of the Ocean and the Lake! Bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Enhanced cable is provided and there is a divider between the bed and the living area.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens include sheets for every bed as well as bath & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Week of relaxation!

Condo was excellent with all fine kitchen accessories available. Been nice to have a bit more water presssure in large shower head - hard to rinse hair and get that showered feeling. We love staying at one Virginia and Rehoboth!

Amazing!

Another fabulous vacation at the beach. Our accommodations were excellent. Great to be able to park the car in the garage for the week and be close enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Unfortunately, my only regret is that Rehoboth puts out their event calendar after we need to make a reservation, so we missed the fireworks that weren't scheduled until July the 6th. I thought by choosing the week of July 4th, we would have gotten to see them. Hoping I am able to reserve the correct week next year.
