Parade Perfect, South Beach house

Parade Perfect is the ideal location for your next beach getaway. Located at 1101 Butler makes it convenient to walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. Just one block off the beach. Plenty of outdoor space between the decks and screen porch. The Ground floor has a two-car garage, game room, beach gear, and an outside shower. The main level offers two bedrooms one with full-size bed and one with two twin beds. There is a jack and jill bathroom, 2 toilets with a shared shower. The oversized living room is also on the main floor, along with a fully equipped kitchen, screen porch, and deck. The top floor is the oversized master bedroom, luxurious spa-like bathroom, walk-in closet, and sun deck.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Great location, beautiful home to relax. Quick, close beach access. Not a priority, but television reception (because of location on Tybee?) was not particularly good. A beautiful place to enjoy Tybee. Blessed Be

Awesome House!

The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The house was in a great location, just a block away from the beach, and super clean. We will definitely come back to stay at Parade Perfect! Thank you for letting us stay! Hope to be back at Tybee soon!

Excellent Stay

The house had plenty of space inside and out/porches. Good location. Right close to shops 11th Street beach entrance. The house was clean, plenty of bathrooms. All in all a great time. Highly recommend the property

Great stay

It was exactly as described, but actually roomier than expected. Everything functioned properly. Comfortable, clean and convenient.

Great beach house

We were looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach and this house was perfect for us. The house is spacious and close to the beach. We can't wait to come back.

Me ha encantado estar en esta propiedad de Tybee Island, nos sentimos como en casa mi familia y yo, la casa es muy amplia, pudimos caminar ala orilla del océano ¡llegamos en solo 5 minutos!, su cocina es muy amplia y me fueron muy prácticos los utensilios de cocina. Sin duda es un lugar que recomendaría. Me encanto

Perfect and Beautiful Home!

We came to celebrate two birthdays of children in our family. My grown daughter came from Atlanta, GA with my grandson, who turned six this week. And I travelled from Jacksonville, FL with my youngest daughter, who turned ten this week! Between the four of us, we had so many different relationship dynamics going on, and this house had plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy our time!!! Everything was PERFECT!!!!! Highly recommend this home!!!!

Fabulous Tybee Beach House

My family loved the house! It was the perfect size for us. Extremely clean. Had all the cooking appliances we needed. Walking distance from the beach, as well as local restaurants and shops. A few steps away from a great grocery store. Rental property staff were easy to work with. We are already planning to come back.
