It is very family friendly. The house is very loud though with high ceilings and stone family and kitchen area floors. Location is great and worked well with our plans.

Very kid friendly with secret places built in the home, plenty of space, soft beds, very neat and clean. Community pool is great and super close.Able to walk to store in 3min, yet neighborhood is very quiet.Only item to consider is that you might run into a little bug(s) once in a while given the climate and habitat.Lots of bathrooms, a mega kitchen, parking is good for 5 cars (on property), wide staircase, showers will wow you. Theater experience is awesome in upstairs loft. Every room has it's own climate control. Backyard is enclosed (w/jumping castle), very helpful so little ones can't wander off. Overall 11/10.

Amazing get-away

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home that created a wonderful environment to have fun. There were games and activities for the children and adults. The kitchen and rooms and Living Spaces were huge. Just minutes away from the marina and beach area. I would love to stay here every vacation.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our 3 night get away in this beautiful home. The beds were comfortable, we had every amenity we needed and enjoyed our stay. This home is well appointed and wee just wish it would have been a longer stay for us. Our family of 13 would love to stay here again. Also, Blake was great to communicate before and during our stay. Thank you!

Bear Lake Getaway

Great house -Loved the floor plan(number of bedrooms, bathrooms, sleeping areas!), plenty of towels, kitchenware, things for all to do and relax! Location was excellent! Two washers & dryers that I did not expect to come in so handy for multiple families to use at the same time! Kids loved the slide and playroom. Large kitchen dining are hooked to living space-so comfortable for all!

Amazing home

We wanted a place that would create amazing memories for our entire family, this was exactly what we were looking for. All the amenities, everything you could need from the kitchen, and we are both cooks. Ask any one of the 12 of us and we would tell you without pause that it was perfect. We will be back.
