STAY Newport proudly present The Summer House. This cozy home is nestled on a double lot in the middle of the most desirable neighborhood in Newport. Conveniently located 5 mins to town, beaches, parks and more! Its a great place to bring the family with plenty of room for all. Recently renovated kitchen, luxury outdoor area with fireplace, tv and bar. Rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower and relax in the back FUN room! Parking for 3 (big plus for Newport) and more!
The Space:
Here are the features of the home which you can all enjoy:
- Extra large TV in the living room area with plenty of seating arrangement
- Outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, TV, large dining table, bar, and grill
- Outdoor Shower
- Fenced in Yard for child safety
- Driveway Parking for three cars
- Garage space for storage and an extra refrigerator
- Keurig machine
- AC units in each bedroom and living area
Bedroom 1:
- King size bed (sleeps 2)
- Full size bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2:
- Queen size bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3
- Full size bed (sleeps 2)
Main Living Room
