This versatile property features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, between two separate units, which can be rented individually or together. Located directly above a fun clothing store.

Check in was stressful. The code on one of the apartments did not work, in fact the lock looked like it was falling off the door. There was very little toilet paper, no hot water in two of the showers, upstairs bedroom was cold with only a light blanket on bed. The managers were helpful and immediately responsive to fix these issues but it was too bad that the apartment was not ready for us. Excellent location in downtown Newport.

The location was very convenient to downtown Newport, shops and restaurants. We had a large group and appreciated the extra space between units. The listing was very clear that the units are separate and stairs are required to get to each—this was not a problem for us. The management team was responsive and easy to work with. There are a few maintenance concerns that I’ll share with the host, but nothing that can’t be addressed. I would stay here again, just be aware that the great location does mean that you’re closer to the street and nightlife, so it was a little loud on weekend nights.

Newport family vaca

The location was great, responsiveness of hosts also excellent. Cleanliness, excellent. The listing was inaccurate, as there was not a dryer as advertised. The allotment of one small body towel and washcloth per guest could be improved upon. We called and asked for additional, but never received.

Husband 60th Birthday celebration

Nice property and great for couples! Some of the bathrooms were on the smaller side and no hit water on 3rd floor! Kitchen was short on glasses. Otherwise we had a great time!

Great location, 2 apartment listing

Pros - - Excellent location- Comfortable beds - Host was great with communication, fast and responsive - Clean Cons - This listing is two fully separate apartments in the upper floors of a building. The apartments are NOT connected and you need to take multiple stairs to get to other unit (3 beds, 3 ba in one apt and 2 beds, 1 bath in the other apt), so not good for large groups or families that want to stay together.- Many stairs to enter both apartments, so not great for kids or anyone with mobility issues.- Marketed as having two deck/porch spaces, however one is on the roof of the building without furniture and not fenced in so very unsafe for kids, rowdy crowds, or anyone who walks near the edge of the roof.- The house is right on the main street so it can be noisy at night, particularly on weekends (crowds, etc) - Bathrooms are very dimly lit and are the only spaces with a mirror so not ideal for getting ready - There are a few windows without curtains/blinds ( i.e.main bathroom, third floor bedroom) that should be added for privacy and comfort
