The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the balcony. En suite master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. Even when getting ready for the day, you're greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows.
The second bedroom offers two full beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and a full closet. Private en suite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. As a guest of this unit, you have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and much more. The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of three towers. Each floor of the towers has its own elevator code and only has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion. The resort offers two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool and hot tub, a large fitness center, tennis courts, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach.
