It sounds like a great mix of ages for a vacation, and we’re happy the amenities and beautiful views helped make the stay enjoyable—even with the December cold front. Thank you for mentioning the beach items as well. Many of the homes do provide chairs and toys for guests to enjoy during their stay. For supplies, we do provide a small starter set of essentials upon arrival, but guests will typically want to pick up additional items like trash bags and paper goods depending on the length of their stay.
