With 5 bedrooms and 5 and ½ bathrooms, this 2-story classic can easily sleep 13 quite comfortably in coastal comfort. Open and inviting, the main level features a modern kitchen ready, willing and able to be the scene of memorable family feasts. Fully- stocked with cookware, dinnerware, new appliances and plenty of work and storage space all served up with a large island with counter seating, the heart and soul of this home will be a popular gathering spot for sure. A large dining table has plenty of room for sit-down meals, and a wet bar and powder room offers guest conveniences not to be missed. Expansive and open with high ceilings and a gracious welcoming feel, the main level stretches on to include the family room with comfy sofa and seating and a 60” wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

Pinkie peeked in the master suite in the back corner of the house on the first floor and was delighted to find a walk-in glass shower, soaking tub, double vanities and a huge closet. Nice! Having at least one bedroom down was always an asset for those traveling with someone who did not do stairs. Sweet Haven actually has 3 King bedrooms...all on the first floor!

Screen porches used to found at every turn in the South but nowadays were pretty rare. “I have always liked a screen porch because I do NOT like bugs,” said Pinkie as she admired the ample one on the back of Sweet Haven. “It really offers another vignette for gathering and dining all while overlooking the pool.” Outdoor ambient landscape lighting was another of Pinkie's favorite things and the transformative effect on the poolscape was amazing. “It feels like a resort!”

Upstairs she discovered another King bedroom plus a fabulous huge lounge/media room with 2 sets of twin bunks and a daybed. “What a great kids' hangout!” A large sectional sofa made the room quite cozy and Pinkie could see this being a big hit with teens too. Nestled on a corner lot on a quiet street just 8 min from the beach, Sweet Haven is sure to be your family's favorite go-to vacation spot. With parking for 5-6 vehicles plus garage access, there would be no concerns about parking as there usually was near the beach.

Maybe it's time to stop looking and time to start booking!

Place was exactly as advertised. Fantastic home with tons of amenities. HUGE place. Wide open floor plan. Private pool was awesome. Love the enclosed back porch and the outdoor kitchen. Used that every day. . Only had one small issue with a TV that went bad and they fixed it immediately. Communication was fantastic. I have only good things to say, and I would definitely stay there again.

This home over exceeded our expectations! It was the best layout especially for multiple families. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated & comfortable. The pool was fantastic for the kids as we had red & double red flags at the beach every day. The kitchen was by far the best stocked we have ever had. The screened porch with the outdoor kitchen was fantastic. They even had a commercial grade ice maker in the garage. The golf cart was a great added value! It was in a quiet neighborhood and a short distance to the beach. There is nothing negative about this property & the check-in and checkout was easy. Can’t wait to return! Do yourself a favor stop looking for the perfect place because you found it here!

This home was a great fit for our group of 7 and made for a really enjoyable stay in the Santa Rosa Beach area. The house itself was very nice, clean, and the perfect size for us to spread out comfortably. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus—we had originally planned to bring our dog, and it would have been a great space for him.The pool was a nice feature and we enjoyed having it, though it is a bit on the smaller side. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the few meals we made at the house. We also really appreciated the bikes and golf cart—they made getting around the neighborhood and exploring the area so much fun.The location was great, especially for biking and cruising around by golf cart. The host was also very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question.We’ve visited the Destin/Santa Rosa area several times, and this home will definitely be on our list to return to if pricing aligns in the future.

We’ve been coming to 30A for Thanksgiving and this is BY FAR the best house we’ve had. The kitchen was fully equipped - serving platters, measuring cups, fantastic pots and pans, Corningware - and even a crockpot! We loved the outdoor kitchen and the golf cart!Our only downside was we couldn’t get the pool heated due to it being a holiday week - there wasn’t anyone available to come and heat the pool for us.

This house was perfect for our family! Not only was it spacious with a great yard and pool, but they also provided baby essentials such as a crib, high chair, stroller, beach toys and more! We loved the layout of the house with the screened in porch and then a separate upstairs bonus room and bedroom. It’s the perfect distance to the beach and is 20 minutes from Seaside or Destin. It’s also less than 10 minutes from either Publix or Walmart. We unfortunately did not have WiFi for the first 4 days of our trip but they worked quickly to rectify the situation as fast as they could. There was also a lawn guy scheduled that we didn’t know about that showed up unannounced and then left the gate unlocked. My one big suggestion would be that the property management company, Pink Flamigo, create a binder with all the ins and outs of the house listed. When we got to the house, there were no instructions on how to use the grill, the bike lock combination, or how to use the golf cart. But again, when I asked for that information, they were quick to provide it. Overall, we loved this house and we will definitely be staying there again!

Great stay and great location

We enjoyed the house thoroughly. It never felt like we were on top of each other even with our large group. The pool was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The golf cart was handy for running back and forth to the beach and to dinner. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and that is always a huge plus for us. We would rent this house again.

Large house with great living areas and pool!

My husband and I rented this property for a 5 night stay. It was a very large house for 2 people but we really wanted the large living area. The screened in back porch and outdoor kitchen were a major highlight. The property advertised that there were 4 bikes, but when we arrived they were in boxes. The property manager had them assembled for us. If you are looking for a large living area, then this is the spot for you! I would rent it again!

Sensational Sweet Haven

From the moment you pull into the driveway of this beautiful home your 1st reaction is wow! Everything about this home is 1st class and well equipped with all that you need for a great vacation. All the bedrooms have a bathroom in them which gives you privacy and comfort. The screened in porch has a TV and kitchen/grill area that is wonderful for outdoor cooking and relaxation. The pool and backyard is large and fenced in for privacy and fun. Golf cart makes the short ride to the beach fun as well. You won’t be disappointed nicest place we have stayed in to date and we have stayed in many homes. Sweet Haven is Sweet!

Beautiful, Spacious Home in an Ideal Location

We had a fantastic stay at the ABC property! The house was spotless and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The open floor plan was perfect for our large family gathering—it gave us plenty of space to be together without feeling cramped.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still walkable to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the extra half bath was perfect for guests. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch—such a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks.Pinkie was incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. We really appreciated being able to check in a little early, and the noon checkout made our last day much less stressful.I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful property both inside and outside. We loved the grill and griddle on the patio! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were clean and spacious. I’ve rented from Pinkie Flamingo on several occasions and the properties have all been very nice and the check in and out process is effortless. Our family had a fantastic stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful property. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect home for families and entertaining!

This house was fantastic, and greatly exceeded our expectations. The open layout was amazing, excellent for cooking and entertaining at the same time. The house is stocked very well, from kitchen supplies to beach toys. The screened outdoor patio was so relaxing, and we loved the grills outside. The pool was perfect and the landscaping was so nice. We're already planning our next trip!! Love this house!!
