Whether you have relaxation or recreation in mind, or both, Fuzzy Duck is the ultimate retreat that the whole family is sure to enjoy! Nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, this home provides easy access to both amenities & necessities…limitless adventures & lifelong memories await!! Situated in between Grayton Beach & Gulf Place, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see…stunning views, amazing restaurants, upscale boutiques, live music, & even a farmer’s market in Seaside every Tuesday & Saturday.

Every inch of this home is outfitted with comfort & quality in mind…plush furnishings, luxurious bedding, & unique beachy chic home decor. Fuzzy Duck is newly-remodeled, amazingly bright & open with a wonderful flow perfect for entertainment. This home is perfect for families & small groups. Fuzzy Duck invites guests into the living area with an open kitchen and dining area. The dining space has room for the entire family, featuring a large table seating 9 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar! Both the 1st and 2nd floors have private patio access, with the 2nd offering four oversized wicker swivel chairs & a gas grill, both perfect for coffee or cocktails morning, noon, & night! A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, as well as a large walk-in pantry. The 1st & 3rd floors offer more seclusion, perfect for those in need of a little R & R. All bedrooms, with exception to the 1st floor king bedroom, each have their own bathroom. Also on the lower level is a media room featuring a queen sofa sleeper and a mud room, with bench, and wagon to help carry items to & from the beach. Enjoy the private heated pool and convenient beach access with 4 public beach access points nearby. Spring into this summer, where new adventures & lifelong memories await!

Parties, events, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great House, fantastic location!

We loved our stay! Location was an easy walk to the beach! Loved the layout, 5 couples stayed so the king rooms and private bathrooms were really nice. Pool was nice and enjoyable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this property so much. With the three levels it gave us privacy, especially the lower level which is essentially a complete apartment with its own kitchen, living area etc.... Pool was super nice, too!

Exceeded Expectations!

The Fuzzy Duck was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the pool and covered deck. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and good quality. We also appreciated that the pool was fenced and separate from the house. Perfect if you have a toddler. We highly recommend and will be back!

Perfect place to rest!

My family does this trip every year, and every year we pick a new place to stay. We are coming from CA and TN, and we want a place that allows us to enjoy the beach easily, but to also enjoy each other. This place was just that! We were within walking distance to the beach, but also the house itself was perfect for nights where we just wanted to stay in and cook and play games. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to just about everything!!

Perfect House

Rebecca’s house was perfect for our family of 11. The house was clean, fully stocked with all of the essentials. We had plenty of beach chairs, toys, kitchenware, etc. The pool was so fun for the kids to have after the beach. Her small touches didn’t go unnoticed, as she provided extra gifts for the kids! We loved our stay!

Fun girls weekend!

Had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect! Walkable to beach and restaurants/coffee shops. I do wish we had been given a few extra trash bags. I understand buying our own paper products, but having to buy a full thing of trash bags for a 3 day trip was a little inconvenient.

Great home with a pool and with a short walk to the beach!

We loved the Fuzzy Duck! The pool was amazing and being so close to the beach was a plus. Blue mountain creamery was a favorite as well. Highly recommend this property. The host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly! The home is clean and set up perfectly. Just remember toilet paper and garbage bags are supplied to get your vacation started and you’ll probably have to purchase more! There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Perfect Family Beach House

This house was perfect for our family!! The pool, the location to the beach, amount of parking spaces (huge deal for our family), the layout, balconies and the King beds!! We grilled most nights and also walked to blue mountain creamery a few times. So many reasons to book this property!!! Our only recommendation would be to have more lighting by the pool for evening swims. Overall a 10 out of 10. We will definitely rent this house again!! Thanks for a great vacation!

We have a family vacation on 30A every year with our family, 4 couples, a 19 year old and a 9 month old (first trip!!). This has been the most impressive location we have stayed at. Every bedroom having its own bathroom to the amenities and thoughtful touches of having a welcome basket of snacks and other items to get us through the first morning. I always dread the "don't use our wash cloths and towels for make up removal" notes, but the hosts at Fuzzy Duck thought to include black wash cloths to cover this issue, along with little extras in the bathroom to make our stay more enjoyable. The house is sizeable and I actually think the rooms are larger than the pictures depict. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and eat at the spacious table for a family dinner. Fuzzy Duck was a great location to the beach, restaurants and shops, our younger guests walked most everywhere or rode the bikes provided. Job well done to the hosts and management of Fuzzy Duck, we would love to come back!
