New cozy Waterfront cabin on its own private cove!
Private boat ramp, boat dock with great fishing straight from the dock! Fire pit for evening s’mores, bar- b-que for outdoor grilling. 4 Kayaks included with oars and life jackets for exploring the gorgeous water ways.
Huge surround covered decking on cabin with wood rocking chairs, gorgeous private views in a private cove.
Huge kitchen stocked with everything you need but food! Coffee center with Keurig coffee maker and pods. Kitchen table slides out of antique wood island for more seating.
Spa- like bathroom with huge 2 person walk- in shower, double vanities, bench and soft towels.
Master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top mattress and memory foam topper- sleep like a king! Flat screen TV in master.
Second bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress and memory foam topper- You will sleep like a baby!
Family room has a leather sectional with two large recliners built in. Large flat screen TV with internet and ROKU for movie viewing and your favorite channels.
Wood fire burning stove along with central heat and AC will keep you comfortable all year. Board games, cooler, picnic basket, picnic blanket.
Separate office room with desk and window overlooking the water. High speed internet/WI-FI.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
1600 sq ft- mostly covered in wood!
Covered parking for 4 cars.
One acre with grass and woods. Very secluded with gorgeous views of the water and Cypress forest.
North shores of Caddo Lake where the fishing and kayaking are the best!

It’s a beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. Only downside was the Salvinia covering the water, that killed the view. No fault of anyone. Just nature. I would still go back!

Cabin was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. The fire ring was covered up with grass but we cleared it. Quite a bit of noise from the highway. Other than that it was great. Enjoyed our trip.

The cabin itself was clean comfortable. The pictures on the listing need to be updated. The lift was not operable, looks like it hadn't been in awhile. Going on the pictures of the water, we looked forward to fishing, spent 60.00 on out of state fishing license, bought fishing equipment. Was very disappointed that the water was full of green water plants. Some spots on the deck were very questionable as well as the dock. Many rotten boards. Tree limbs could be cut back, when you sit on the deck the amazing view is blocked.

The property was exactly as I wanted- quiet, and no nearby neighbors so it felt very private. House was well stocked with kitchen items, linens, etc and the bed was very comfortable. FYI- the grill is charcoal, so be sure to bring if you want to grill. Also- while the view is gorgeous, don't expect to be getting in the water as it is pretty murky. I did send an email to host prior to arriving asking about the grill and a few things in which I did not receive a reply, but other than that the place was lovely and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot

Very private location. Even waterfront is very personal area with a short ride to lake by boat. Good areas to explore by kayak too. Camp is comfortable and clean. Local town has low quality grocery and the Walmart has no grocery at all. It is ok for a meal if you forget something but if you want to cook nice I suggest to bring food with you. Highly recommend property and owner is great at quick response if needed!

Fantastic weekend

We had a wonderful girls weekend here and could not have liked it more. Kayaking was so fun and we fell in love with the are just past the underpass bridge.Beds were super comfy and kitchen was great. Very private area, but close to a few stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!

Hidden Gem

This property was an excellent find! The owners have thought of everything to make this a comfortable getaway. The home is well thought out and stocked with everything you’ll need. It was very clean too! Our whole family really loved the kayaks and spent a lot of time exploring the area that way. Plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy - just bring your bug spray! We’ll definitely return to this house if going to this area again!

Amazing!!!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Private!!! Although the road isnt far you feel so secluded with a Private boat launch and a drive through covered carport. If you are wanting to get away and decompress, this is the place for you and yours. Additionally the cabin is beautiful and very well appointed!! Any food items you may need is a pretty close drive, even though you feel very "disconnected". I could go on and on about how great our stay was, so definitely do not hesitate to book this gorgeous cabin! You will not be disappointed!

Cabin was spacious, beautiful, well stocked. Sat right on the lake, no neighbors to worry about. Loved the kayaks available to go explore the water.

Beautiful

Perfect little swamp getaway, had an amazingly relaxing time. Boat launch is more than deep enough even at low pool, just be very careful of stumps and sudden shallows on the way to the main channel. Incredible scenery along the way. The four kayaks at the house work great for this too. Absolutely loved this place highly recommend it and will hopefully be back soon.

Gorgeous property

Absolutely gorgeous property!! Very private and secluded. Boat ramp and water way into the lake is very shallow, our boat is a smaller tracker bass boat, we made it in and out but it was really slow going. Enjoyed 3 very stress free days!

We love the outdoors and everything to do with water, beautiful scenery, boating, wildlife, fishing, exploring, etc. We love to travel and enjoy hosting friends. We were thrilled to purchase this property and share this beautiful lake with others. We know you will have a relaxing and enjoyable time at this majestic lake.

We love Caddo Lake! We have been visiting since 1992 and are so glad to be able to own property here. It is a very unique lake with the Worlds largest Cypress forest. The birds, flora and fauna and wildlife are so unique. The water ways that are mapped out to show you where you are and where you can go makes it so fun to explore this incredible lake.

Caddo Cove is located on its own private island without neighbors anywhere around. Wildlife, birds, beautiful wildflowers are just some of the things to enjoy her on North Caddo. Quiet and serene the kayak paddle trail to the main channel is gorgeous.
Sit in one of the four massive but comfortable rocking chairs on the porch and watch the sunset on the beautiful cypress forest.
