We are Chris and Jennifer Holloway, we're a family of five fueled by a love for each other & travel. Our hope is that our properties become your go-to retreats. We've poured our love for hospitality into creating unique & welcoming spaces , meticulously designed to be cozy and refreshing. Pet Friendly Policy: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs, with a pet fee (no puppies under 1 & no kitty cats sorry!). Please ensure your pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea treatments, and do not disturb neighbors. Pets should not be left unattended for long periods. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Not worth the price

Owners did a great job of providing anything extra you might need. Decorations were cute and the area is great. Privacy and communication were good. However, the beds were awful. I'm sure the use of kayaks, etc would be nice, but we left early after a very bad night's sleep and didn't utilize them.

Highly Recommended

Very unique place to stay. It feels like you are in a boat the whole time. Lake is beautiful. Host are very kind and helpful. They check up on you daily and I would stay at their cabins anytime.

Awesome Boat!!!

We like finding unique places to stay on our trips and this boat was definitely that! The display of pictures from it’s glory days was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

I was a cozy little boat. Wish I could have stayed when I wasn’t working in the area, but I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The communication with the host was top notch.

We had a great stay! The property is so cute and check in was really easy. I deducted a star for the comfort of the beds. Both beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The bed upstairs slants into the middle and is very soft. The bed downstairs is thin to fit in the space.

Unique stay

Property was as described. This is a unique stay for the under 55 crowd. The place was clean. Hot water and pressure was great. Think tiny house and be reasonable with expectations and it was a cute stay. We enjoyed the upper deck sitting area in the mornings.

Stay was unpleasant , inconvenient .Basic restroom and kitchen was not functional

Bathroom had flushing issues, did not work at all . Kitchen stove did not work . No lights outdoor for grill . Issues were fixed by Jennifer next day promptly but still we felt inconvenience . Based on listing it says 6 people accommodation , not for young kids and senior citizen and too small and not comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay — I understand how frustrating that can be. I appreciate your patience while we addressed the restroom and kitchen issues, which were resolved promptly the next day. All of those items have since been fully repaired and are now working properly, along with new outdoor lighting by the grill for future guests. While the cabin is cozy and best suited for smaller groups, we do our best to describe the layout clearly so guests can choose the right fit for their needs. The tugboat cabin was super cute and unique, and relatively private (on its own lot) with easy parking. Caddo Lake is just across the street, and we loved being able to take the kayaks out for a little adventure! The cabin was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed watching fireflies and listening to the birds from the patio in the evenings, such a lovely place to get away!
