Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathTownhome, heated pool! Close to the beach, boat slip!

This very spacious and waterfront 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome with it's own 14’x24’ slip is just a short walk to the beach. Sleeps up to 16 guests max. Minimum 2 night stay required. No pets and smoking(of any kind) allowed. So come relax in our quiet little townhome community. Only five other units around us, heated pool. Perfect for family vacations, family reunions, girls trips, fishing trips, etc. Great for fishing, kayaking, etc. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Two paddle boards with life jackets for your enjoyment. Walking up stairs required. Permit number 2022-305506. Instructions and address will be sent a couple days prior to check in. No elevators, must be able to walk up stairs.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and comfortably slept 9, with beds to spare. Our only issue was that there is no gas grill as stated in the listing. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but I would suggest bringing your own knives. The location and pool area are great. We would stay here again.

Property was well maintained, beautiful and spacious. The amenities were accurate. Pictures are so not donit justice. Welcoming, come stay with me feel as soon as you walk in. Most places specify basics are covered for 1 day, need to bring more, i.e. dish soap, bathroom/shower necessities ECT...everything was covered. Communication between host and I was never a problem. The views were amazing, a dolphin swims in the area every morning. Will be doing this again!!

Padre Island Stay

We had a wonderful time with our family at the town house. When we first arrived, I had to contact the property manager on several occasions. She was very prompt in answering and I appreciated that. The town home is very clean except for the sectional in the living room and the throw pillows on it. It is time to replace! The beds were very comfortable and the layout is great. We hope to return again next summer with family members!

Good value but needs improvement

The first thing you'll notice is the musty, moldy smell upon entry. Even our clean clothes went into the wash when we got home. Decent bedrooms but not a single dresser in any of them (living out of your suitcase). Smallest porch/balcony I've ever seen on a property this size. But the worst surprise was the boat slip ( the reason this unit was selected). The slips are way too short and any boat over 17ft tied to the cleats is at risk of damage from banging into the dock from wind and waves. Mine is only 21ft but it suffered significant damage to the trolling motor from one evening there. Hopefully the owner updates the description to warn future guests of this limitation...

Even with tropical storm Alberto

We had fun even though the tropical storm was around we still had fun. My children loved the access to fishing right behind the property. The saw sea turtles and had fun fishing…caught great sized fish! Attractions are close by….putt putt golf was fun. We didn’t get to experience the beach because it was closed off because of the storm but that ok. God willing next time we will.

Family Wedding

We had a large family gathering for a wedding. This place offered a convenient location and a ton of room for everyone. Be careful with the Murphy bed, the little stand slips on the floor. It fell down twice because of slipping. The only complaint I have is the high cleaning fee. I didn’t expect to be asked to wash, dry, and put away dishes, strip all beds and start laundry, and take out the trash with such a high fee.

Great beach rental!!

We had an amazing time at this beach townhome. It was very clean and we enjoyed the paddle boards that came with the home. Will return here again! Host was very kind and attentive as well.

Great home

The check in process was easy. We enjoyed the location so close to the beach. The house was everything we asked for and needed. The beds were all comfortable. Plenty of bathroom inside the house. The garage access was amazing. Do be able to store all of the beach stuff outside and secure instead of inside the house.

Honest opinion

When I was looking for rentals I really couldn't decide so I went with this property since it had 5 stars. I just dont see that. The walls had holes, the furniture was dirty, the placs was just overall grimey. Sand galore, tar in the tubs, a full blown swimsuit just hanging in the shower. Gross. Towels had stains, the quilts had stains, even the sheets had stains. The location is nice, but this place needs a good cleaning and some TLC. Especially if you pay a hefty fee to have it cleaned... and even more for damage insurance.

Best place !

We have been coming to North Padre with our kids and grandkids for 3 years now and this was by far the best! This year my SIL & BIL joined in. Plenty of room for all. April was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay by the beach.

The place can literally accommodate 16 guest comfortably and has the best views of the canal and jetty, has nice pool area, dock for boat rentals, and the rental place is very close by the property. Will definitely use this rental again when we get another chance to visit Corpus Christi.

Love this property.

The location is great, the property is taken care of, and we try to make this house an annual stay. Two years in a row already... hope to go back next year. Also, the property manager (AD) is the best!
