Southwind A-3 - Fleur De Sea is a lovely 1BR/1BA ground-floor condo located just steps from the shores of Panama City Beach. Offering a quick stroll to the beach, Southwind A-3 offers all you need for a relaxing trip! This condo has been recently renovated with new paint and shiplap walls! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the hallway offers a new twin-over-twin bunk bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this lovely condo to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Located only 2.2 miles from Pier Park, the Southwind complex offers a spacious pool with a large fenced deck area. Just a short walk to the white sands of Panama City Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

Great location with easy beach access.

Beautiful place with a very easy walk to beach. The only issue was the internet… it went out constantly so it made it hard to connect and with 2 adults trying to work from laptops, it was very frustrating. I still gave 5 star review because the place is great and a perfect location but the Internet needs to be addressed.

Accurate and Accommodating!

The listing’s pics and description was exactly what I got, and that is a good thing! The RealJoy staff was friendly and responsive. The unit is cute and has everything you need. A very quick walk across the street to the beach.

Family beach getaway

Interior was updated and clean. Exterior was a little run down, but they looked to be in the process of updating. Only negative thing was in the master bedroom sliding glass door did t have good curtains or blinds to block the incoming light. It was very bright in the morning and there was a street light right outside that kept in somewhat bright all night.

Unit was clean and recently updated. Only issues were useless wifi (speeds very slow) and water pressure quite low, even for a ground unit.

Stay

The condo is nicely decorated and overall a good place. We had no idea there was no cable (comes free with condo hoa) and streaming only. We couldn’t find what they were streaming for the entire stay. Very frustrating. The fan on the porch wouldn’t come on and only with fiddling with it did we get it to come on the day before we left. Contacted property management and they were to send someone but we never saw anyone. There is a lot of light coming in the sliding glass door in the bedroom at night even with the blinds closed.

Nice place

It was a great spot close to the beach! There were a few things that didn't make it great for our family. The washing machine and dryer seemed to never been cleaned. The washing machine had the nastiest smell and mold on the seals. It was a front loader and definitely never been cleaned. The dryer was not drying as it should. Sitting out back we noticed that the dryer vent was so slapped full of lint we were then scared to use it that it would catch fire! Also sitting out back there was an old open can of paint/water and some left over piece of wood from the place being remodeled it seemed. Also speaking of paint cans there were cans of paint in the bathroom cabinet with a broken shelf. They put the bath towels in the same cabinet with them. The cans were very assemble to our toddlers which we had to then move to the top shelf of the pantry. It was a nice little place just needed a little more attention to detail to make it that much better for our family. We enjoyed our stay.
