Upon arriving at the condo, it looks very nice and would have been perfect for my stay. However, when I sat on the sofa, it was completely broken down in the middle and very uncomfortable. If this was only for a week, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal, but because I was staying for more than a month, I contacted Realjoy to address the issue. After repeated conversations that I have copies of through the chat feature, and being told that I was lying because no one else had ever complained about the sofa, and then a site visit from a Realjoy representative, no accommodation was made. I have been staying elsewhere and have yet to be contacted by anyone since the visit to followup with me and they refuse to refund my money.
