We are nestled in the mountains with a lovely terrace that looks out onto the Riverside golf course. We are centrally located in the Columbia Valley and close to many activities that will make your stay memorable. Within a five minute drive you will find the famous Fairmont Hot Springs, horseback riding, zip lining, bike riding and fine dining. Depending on the season you may also want to head out for a hike, hit the slopes, raft down the Columbia River or rest on the beaches in Invermere.

This condo has brand new plank flooring throughout, new plumbing, new window coverings and new appliances.

Used to own one of these units as a timeshare rental more than 15 years ago and have since sold it as the kids have grown up. Property owner was very accomodating and shelves were stocked with essentials. Only downside if you're a light sleeper is being on the bottom level as depending on the occupants on the main level, the noise could be disturbing. Would always return here every chance I can get. Love the rocks (pebbles, actually) that we can our names on.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was amazing, great location, very clean and owner was very friendly. I have only 1 complaint, it would have been nice to know how many stairs to the condo. We looked at the pictures and assumed there was no stairs or an elevator. My father is in a wheelchair, getting him in and out was tricky. Good times had by all and would book here again.

I have been vacationing in Fairmont B.C. every year for 25 years with my kids - its one of my favorite places on earth! When the opportunity presented itself to purchase property here, I jumped at the chance.

I have worked as a first responder for over 25 years, and have found this is the one place where my shoulders drop and I can reset. I love that I can share this with others, and hope you will find it the same peaceful place that I do.

This area is quiet and serene, yet has everything needed for a vacation getaway, no matter what time of year. The condo has everything you need, from linens, to a full kitchen and dining area to prepare and enjoy your meals. If cooking isn't your thing, there is always the clubhouse which serves excellent food, and multiple other restaurants nearby.
