With a floor area of 127 m, it is ideal for accommodating 8 guests (suitable for a maximum of 4 children). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 48 m² living area with a TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with a washing machine

On the first floor, you will find:

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.

- A 900 m² garden, partially enclosed, facing east and furnished. This garden adjoins the grounds of another villa. The access path is shared by both villas.

- A 10 m² balcony, facing east, accessible from the first floor, offering a splendid panoramic view

The house is ideally situated in Le Viala, a small hamlet in Le Bosc, in very pleasant surroundings. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market (a 10-minute drive away)
