Beautiful Lae Nani - Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with AC

For your comfort, new split air conditioners have been installed in the living room/dining area and both bedrooms. This recently remodeled and updated resort style condo with majestic ocean views is located on the bay on the Coconut Coast of the island of Kauai and is part of the Lae Nani Community (“Beautiful Bay” in Hawaiian). Guests return year after year to sunbathe on the beach, enjoy ocean activities and to listen to the soothing sound of ocean waves. This side of the island of Kauai is known for its beautiful morning sunrises.

The Lae Nani Community has many amenities including BBQ grills, tennis court, an ocean view swimming pool and luscious tropical landscaping. A nearby natural protected lava rock pool at the edge of the ocean is a great place to enjoy the ocean waters out of the ocean current. This property is very unique as it has a beach path that runs along the property and a sacred “heiau” (Hawaiian temple) between it and the ocean. Many guests enjoy ocean activities from this community such as ocean swimming, snorkeling, SUP, kite boarding and surfing. Hawaiian monk seals can be seen on many occasions, resting on the beach.

This residence can comfortably sleep four people. The master bedroom with ocean views is equipped with a King size bed. The second bedroom has two Twin beds that can be converted to a King size bed. The lanai off the living room is a great place to sip your favorite beverage and take in the scent of the fresh ocean air and feel the warm tradewinds. This home has some of the best ocean views in the community as it is located on the top floor of the 3 story building. There is a community laundry room, however, the owners have installed a washer/dryer in the home for your convenience.

Just one community away from the Coconut Market Place where you can find shopping, dining and cafes along with an activities center. There are other quaint shopping centers that offer coffee, pastries and dining near.

This property was recently added to VRBO in June 2022. That is the reason for limited reviews. This unit is on the top 3rd floor in the building and has majestic ocean and mountain views. There is no elevator.

Baby and toddler furniture can be rented and delivered before your arrival by a local rental company. Bicycle and snorkel gear can also be rented from local companies. Shampoo and body soaps are not provided.

Located just 5.7 miles from the airport.

Beautiful View.

The property was really nice, and what a view! It was a little bit low on some basics. We wound up buying shampoo, shower soap, toilet paper, and a lot of spices.

Kauai Anniversary Trip

Perfect property for our stay. We loved waking up to the beach and morning walks. Great central location for our island exploration. Property was so well maintined and host was great to work with. We will stay again if we get lucky enough to have a return visit to the island.

The property is well maintained and in a very beautiful and convenient location. Wonderful lanai and ocean views from the living room and main bedroom. My family enjoyed the games, books, and beach equipment provided in the unit. Steps to beaches and nearby restaurants, central location on the island, and lush landscaping. Couldn't ask for anything more! (note 3rd floor with no elevator might be a consideration for some)

Absolutely Beautiful Condo in the perfect location

If you are looking for the most beautiful view of the ocean and beautiful condo to stay in, this is the place. Lae Nani Condos are in the best location where it's very quiet and the sound of the ocean is so wonderful along with the views. I love staying in Kapaa since it's about half way between the North Coast and South Coast of Kauai so it's not so far either way to drive. I love Kauai and this is the 4th time I've been there and wanted to stay in Kauai for my 70th birthday. It was great to have beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler, etc. to be able to use when we drove to a beach to sit at. My older nieces came along and they stayed in the 2nd bedroom which was turned into 2 twin beds which worked out great.. I had the main bedroom with it's own balcony which I loved to have door or windows open at night and fall sleep to the ocean waves. I'm so glad we were able to stay here. The owner, Karla, was also fantastic to talk to if we had any questions, etc. while we were there. I would definitely book this condo again. I was so happy to be able to celebrate my 70th birthday there! Mahalo!

Wonderful stay at Lae Nani

2 friends and I celebrated our 60th birthdays at this condo. We loved the location (walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, Lava Lava Restaurant, Passion Bakery - all of which we recommend!), million dollar or maybe 2 million dollar view from our lanai, pool that we had mostly to ourselves, spaciousness of the condo, and convenience to other areas on the island that we wanted to explore. Extra kudos to the Lae Nani grounds team who does an exceptional job maintaining the beautiful landscaping and keeping everything spotless. We were sad to leave!

Paradise!

Our stay in Lae Nani in Kapaa was perfection! The condo was immaculate. The views from the balcony are incredible. The landscaping on the property is lush and beautifully maintained. Check-in was a breeze and there is ample parking. It was easy to walk to many delicious restaurants and the lava rock pool was so enjoyable. Karla is a wonderful host! Our vacation in Lae Nani is unforgettable!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The split A/C units were a huge plus! The property grounds were gorgeous and well taken care of. Can't beat the view and location of this unit. Owners were responsive and check in and out instructions were very easy. Only complaint is they did tree trimming around the pool one day and used heavy equipment to clean up, which made it noisy most of the time. It just happened to be the day we planned to stay around the pool. We would definitely come back to Lae Nani and this unit.

Lovely place for relaxing island vacation

Amazing condo and location

We loved staying at Lae Nani condos. The location in Kapaa is perfect to get to the north and south side of the island. This specific condo is wonderful. It has everything you need…beach chairs, washer/dryer, A/C, pots/pans, cooking spices, etc. but most importantly, the view is breathtaking and the beach is cozy. The host is great with communications and super accommodating. We are definitely going the book this exact condo next time. Highly recommended!

Awesome and spacious condo

We have stayed at Lae Nani condos twice before, but this was the best unit we have rented. Nicely remodeled and has A/C, a garbage disposal, in-unit laundry, and two lanais with great views. Would love to rent again!

A week in paradise

Us and our young adult kids loved our stay. The view and lanai are amazing. The unit had lots of bonuses like some beach equipment and plenty of soap/paper towels etc which are really appreciated. The ac was also great!

Best place to stay in Kauai

If this is your first time in Kauai I would highly recommend staying at this condo. I can’t say enough about the location and responsiveness of the host. Most of the excursions in Kauai have meet up points less than 5 mins drive from this location. So staying here cuts down on driving back and forth for everything. You are also a couple mins from Safeway and a short walk to some cute shopping stores. Best of all, you are next door to Lava Lava beach restaurant and bar! We literally walked the 1 minute beach walk to eat dinner at Lava Lava every night. In addition, the beach you have access to is really only used by the condos occupants. Therefore, it leaves a very quiet and secluded beach to relax on. It also is really great for smaller kids because it has two areas that are barricaded for a more protected swim. The condo is beautiful and has everything you’ll need. The host is very responsive! I had a question about parking and I had a response with in 5 mins at 8pm. Again, if you are looking somewhere to stay in Kauai…look no further and book here.

Wonderful, vacation rental

Everything that is pictured is accurate. The property is a hidden gem, away from the huge crowds. It is close to everything that you need. Many things are within walking distance. Airport is 10 minutes away. Costco is 15 minutes away. Owners are very nice to work with. Air-conditioning is wonderful. The view is wonderful.

Paradise 🌺

It was easy to make ourselves at home in this beautiful home. The patio view was spectacular! The home is perfectly furnished and it had everything that you could possibly need from the kitchen to the beach. They thought of everything! The central location made it easy to explore the entire island with just a short drive. It’s close the the airport. Loved the surrounding markets, coffee shops, live entertainment and too many restaurants to count, all within walking distance. The host was wonderful and let us stay until our red eye flight left, which I forgot to ask for until the day before we departed. The entire cleaning schedule was rearranged to accommodate us! Can’t wait to take our family to experience the beauty.

A few years ago we were walking along the beach and came upon the Lae Nani property next to the sacred heiau and the pond. We fell in love with the property. The location on the beach, the design of the buildings and the proximity to restaurants and shopping fit our lifestyle. We stayed several times at a nearby hotel and would walk by Lae Nani. We found out that a unit came on the market and the timing was perfect for us to purchase. We love our home and are excited to share our experience with others.
