This recently renovated home is available for your Coronado summer getaway. This house has all that a family or two small families will need for a memorable summer. Located just blocks from the Coronado Ferry Landing, Tidelands Park, and the Coronado golf course and a short golf cart jaunt to Coronado's beaches. Beat summer traffic by traveling via the home's 6-passenger electric/battery powered street legal golf cart, which is included in the rental.

Another way to beat traffic is to walk the mere blocks to Orange Avenue, where you can dine at the famous Coronado Brewing Company, Seiko Sushi, Nicky Rotten's, Jolie, Rose Marie Trattoria, and Tartine. You're also close to two grocery stores: Boney's Seaside Market and Smart & Final and all of the food, beverage and retail outlets at the Ferry Landing.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, and a garage with an extra kitchenfull size refrigerator for all of your beach beverages.

The primary bedroom suite features a walk in closet, 65 inch TV, and a desk with office chair should you need to work during your stay.

The first floor features 3 bedrooms, one of which has a 55 inch TV, 2 bathrooms and an open concept kitchen with island, dinner area with built in benches, and an oversized sectional with a 77 inch TV to watch Netflix on after a long day at the beach.

Access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime & Hulu, Youtube, and most Smart TV apps, as well as a PlayStation 4.

There is an ample yard with lined with artificial grass, fire pit, outdoor 55 inch TV, lounge seating, and grill for all of your outdoor entertaining needs. Additional outdoor kegerator can be stocked for your arrival!

Bring your Peloton clip-in cycling shoes because you'll have access to the Peloton bike in the garage!

There is plenty of fun for the whole family with access to toys, bikes, body boards, surf boards, beach wagon, beach chairs & games, and board games.
