Stylish, newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in Sacramento`s Alhambra Triangle — one of the city`s most walkable neighborhoods. Walk to midtown restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife.

King bed and queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. Single-story layout. Fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Smart TV, 250+ Mbps WiFi with desk workspace. Fenced backyard with gas grill.

Minutes to UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter, and Mercy hospitals. 10 minutes to downtown Sacramento, 20 minutes to SMF airport.

Driveway parking. Smart lock self check-in. Pet-friendly.

The Alhambra Triangle is one of Sacramento`s most walkable neighborhoods — tree-lined streets with a village feel right in the city. You`re steps from the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-Op and surrounded by midtown`s best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. East Sacramento`s Fab 40s neighborhood and McKinley Park are a short walk east.

Major hospitals are nearby: UC Davis Medical Center (~5 min), Sutter Medical Center (~10 min), and Mercy General (~10 min) — making this an ideal base for traveling medical professionals.

Downtown Sacramento, the State Capitol, and Old Sacramento waterfront are all within 10–15 minutes.

Single-story home. Sleeps 4. Pet-friendly. Smart lock auto-locks after 30 minutes.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for the neighbors.

Parties: No parties or large gatherings. It is illegal to host parties at short-term rentals in Sacramento.

Check-Out: Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late checkout is $100/hour. Please start the dishwasher, start a load of towels, and take out all trash. Leave the home as you found it.

Parking: Please park in the driveway (to the left of the home) or directly in front of the home only. Do not park in front of neighbors` homes.

Smoking: No smoking inside the home. You may smoke in the backyard.

Pets: Pets are welcome. Please clean up after your pet in the yard.

Security: The August smart lock auto-locks after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Utilities: Please turn off lights and AC/heater when not in the home.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything. We cannot package and ship items left behind.

Perfect little spot

Came with my daughters and two small dogs and the house was exactly what we needed. Small fenced back yard, plenty of space, extra blankets, games, big kitchen…. Will be staying again

Beautiful and Comfortable!

My friend and I stayed here, we come to Sac regularly for work. We both loved this house so much! Not only is it beautifully stocked and appointed but the owners are so kind and really want to make your stay so lovely! I can’t recommend it enough and we’ll be staying there on all of our Sacramento trips.

Adorable house !

This house was super cute and exceptionally clean, the beds were comfy and had nice quality bedding, a detail I appreciate so much. The backyard is spacious, private and had plenty of seating. Well appointed kitchen and kind and responsive hosts! We’ll definitely be checking back for our next Sacramento trip!

Weekend Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at this home for a weekend getaway with our dogs. The house was perfect. Close to everything and a great enclosed backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, with all the necessities. Would definitely stay again.

Unhoused people

The place was excellent, clean, updated and comfortable. My only concern were the number of homeless people in the area. Early one morning a homeless women stood outside the front of the home yelling. Kind of scary.

Marathon weekend

Cute home close to amazing cafes and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood even with highway close by. Beds were comfortable and had all needed amenities. The property does need a good cleaning the door was sticky, and the HVAC vents were covered in thick dust, I suspect the filters need changed. One of the guests has asthma so the air quality really impacted him. Otherwise great stay thanks

Ryker's place was great! Loved all the modern touches. It was close the venue that we came into town for and close to the freeway and a grocery store. Only down side if you stay here is that it's located on a somewhat busy street. If you're a light sleeper, the front bedroom may be an issue. It wasn't for us luckily. There is parking on a driveway but it's very narrow. If you have a larger car, there is street parking. Loved that the kitchen has plenty of counter space, but we were not there long enough to cook anything except breakfast. Cute little back yard to relax it. Ryker's communication was great! If we attend the same festival next year, we would definitely book this home again. Thanks Ryker!
