Only a few minutes away from the lake and shops/entertainment. Cozy and spacious interior with TVs in every room. Washer and dryer. You will love!

The host got back to us fairly quickly, the house was beautiful, had a mix up on the heating of the pool/hot tub, otherwise it was a great stay.

We have been coming to Lake Havasu for many years and this is one of the best homes we have stayed in. The vibes overall were great. We loved the bohemian decor. The pool, jacuzzi, towels, outdoor amenities were to die for. The beds were comfy. The home was just perfect. We would love to stay here again. Owner was also super communicative and always available!!!!

Quiet oasis

Property was beautiful, the house had everything we needed. Enjoyed that housekeeping was included one less thing to worry about. The neighbours were all very kind. The area was quiet. Our family loved the pool and hot tub and the private backyard. And our hosts were easy to get ahold of and very helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Booked Late - They Made it great

The day before I was supposed to leave another landlord called and cancelled our res. I was panicked and booked this property and asked them to call and confirm. They called within an hour so I caught my flight. The place is lovely. Very quiet in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. There was coffee and filters when we arrived and they had even picked a few lemons from their tree and left them on the counter for us. This was my first VRBO rental and I was very put off by the person that cancelled us, but fortunately this rental saved it. Thanks for a great house and a great experience.

Beautiful and relaxing home

This home was inviting and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and it was close to downtown and the freeway for getting out and sightseeing. There was lots to do in town or in the many hiking areas. Coming from cold MN was looking forward to a heated pool but that is more of a seasonal heated pool. The jacuzzi was wonderful after hiking! The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions/concerns. Very disappointed that the host did not disclose that there were cameras and other monitoring devices in and on the premises. Uncomfortable when out on the back patio. Addressed this with the host(was told that the backyard "one" was disabled but there were 2 in the back)and with VRBO. So hopefully that gets addressed/corrected in his listing because I would definitely go back!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We apologize if the cameras made you uncomfortable. We disclosed them prior to your arrival. We have cameras on the property for security purposes while we are away and to keep guest safe during there stay. Additionally we disabled the two cameras in the backyard prior to your stay for privacy. Going forward we will remove them from the backyard. Again thanks for leaving the property clean and we hope to see you again.
