The homes lot is HUGE giving you a feel of seclusion! The community Boat launch is just down the road, then park the boat pier side (there is NO boat lift at this property).

Monet On The Bay I is equipped with an elevator to access each floor. On the Main Level is the kitchen, dining, half bath, and living areas that opens to the main deck where the shared hot tub is located and on the other side, a Large Screened-in Porch. The upper level contains 2 bedrooms, Guest Bedroom #1 with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and the Primary Bedroom with an Adjustable Base King Size Bed, and access to another Large Screened-in Porch. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms with a shower. Also provided is a full-size washer and dryer. This home sleeps up to 5 persons.
