This beautiful home sleeps 16 and sits on the Colorado River with your own private sandy beach. Grab your beach chairs, put your feet in the water or go for a swim and soak up the sun, fish or hop on your boat/jet-ski and take a cruise down the Colorado River hitting popular hotspots; Topock66, Pirates Cove, Lake Havasu. Looking for nightlife take a 8 minute UBER ride to Laughlin for dinner, cocktails and casino fun.

5 star house but less than desirable service

The house is amazing with the location and access to the river. The property management company had several people of contact and the main person was great and helpful. however, we were delayed arriving and they told me I had to pay an additional 50$ fee for arriving after 4pm when there was no mention of this anywhere in their description or I would have not booked here as we were traveling over 5 hours. Not the biggest of deals but when I paid over 2,000 dollars for 3 days, I felt it was kind of petty to send me an invoice to check in late when you have no mention of allowed check in hours.

My Favorite on The River

We have rented several properties along the river and this is my favorite now. Really beautiful property. Nice updates inside and pleasing decor. Very roomy with lots of space for family. Modern appliances and lots of seating in kitchen area. We had breakfast every morning on the river facing patio on the main level and it was awesome. Very quiet area and great views. The 2 islands across from this property and this part of the river in general are loaded with wildlife. Lots of different birds and ducks. You will definitely hear and see blackbird and quail. We saw large flights of turkey vultures as well. The islands are home to several raccoons, but you won’t see them until after dark or early in the morning. They are also excellent swimmers! We found fishing to be challenging in this biome due to the shallow sections and fast current between the property and the islands. However, the main body of the river in this area offers some of the best fishing on the river. It’s recommended to check the Davis Dam release schedule if you plan to do anything on the water. Our host and property manager were great and made check in and check out easy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place right on the river! It was very clean and neat! The only downside, which is no fault of owners, was these pesky white flies that would fly in door whenever opened and could not enjoy sitting outside on deck. This is typical for this time of year so October might not be the best time to go. But overall loved place!
