We really enjoyed the house in its entirety, we cooked our food without any problems, it was very welcoming, overall everything was great!Just a suggestion!.... Could you remove the vacuum system from the pool? It's very uncomfortable to swim next to it while using it.But in overall we love our stay!

Overall it was a wonderful property! The pool was cool the location is convenient. The only downside was it’s supposed to accommodate 11 people but the pans provided do not allow you to cook for that. And the propane for the grill was empty.

Great Experience All Around!!

We stayed at this home for almost one month. It was very clean, bright and cheery, great location, home contact was extremely punctual in responding to all of inquiries. We’d for sure stay here again!! Great find!!

Great House near Laughlin

This was a great trip. The host was great and responded quickly. When the pool stopped working due to the hose coming out we paid $50 to have it fixed. When the pool man couldn’t come that day she refunded the money and the pool man came early the next day. I would have like there to be more pots and pans and also there wasn’t a broom or mop. We stayed 3 days so we had to buy one to keep the floors clean. Other than that the house was exactly how we expected. One of the rooms with the two twin beds did not have a TV in it but that wasn’t a big concern because we didn’t spend much time in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place! Would go back if in the area again!

The home was really nice. Maintained very well and was spotless! Was great location easy access to the nearby Walmart and not far from the river. One thing that I would like to see changed is having the ability to warm up and use hot tub.

Family vacation

House was beautiful with plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area and the pool (although it was cold, the kids still went in). There was plenty of sleeping room for our family of 8 and plenty of bathrooms (very important with teenagers!). The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of extras. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to the area.

Comfortable

The home was very clean, lots of room, quiet, had everything we needed. We were looking for something relaxing away from our busy schedules and this was perfect. Golfing in the area was great too!!!

Our stay in bullhead city

We enjoyed the nice home very much. Comfortable beds,we thought there were more full size beds but we managed. They let us check in early which we really appreciated. We werent able to get hot water in the kitchen but had it for showers so that was good! The pool wasnt heated so we couldnt use it but there were board games available which we enjoyed. We recommend this place.

Family time

The house is very nice and clean. Everything was in good condition and the check in was so easy. Good communication with property manager was great. It’s a little further from the lake then we prefer but in a good location for stores and restaurants.

Beautiful and comfortable home

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us. Would stay here again the next time. For a place that sleeps 11, the only request would be to have a bit more plates and smaller dishes along with pots and pans to cook for a larger group.

Would give the house itself 10 stars BUT...

The Pros....The house is BEAUTIFUL! VERY comfortable beds. Great space for large groups. Very spacious, warm, and comfortable. The ONE AND ONLY CON....But, it's a big enough one for us to not give it a full 5 stars, is the false advertising regarding the pool. I know it's stated not to turn on the pool or Jacuzzi heater, but when I asked the host about it, was told the sun heated them. Completely untrue. Both were ice cold and completely unusable. Not quite sure why it's being used as a selling point of the location, when you can't even use it. With such a beautiful backyard, it was a major tease with an unusable pool. All in all, it's a beautiful property, and we had a wonderful time.

The overall stay was great.

I was not happy with not having hot water in either of the showers upstairs. The sink in the upstairs hall bathroom did not have working hot water. There was water dripping by the patio door.
