Welcome to La-de-da at 1571 Sharkstooth Trail! Bask in the sun with a cold drink while enjoying the view of the canal and fountain from our large back deck. Super cute waterfront two bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home with a short golf cart ride to the beach. Includes a gas grill and patio furniture, screened front porch, parking for 2 cars, a complimentary golf cart for drivers over 21, washer/dryer, smart TVs, and WiFi! Two queen beds and queen sleeper sofa.

* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

*Small dogs (20lbs and under) are welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.


No smoking or vaping in house or screened front porch.

This is typically a Saturday to Saturday rental on all in- season rentals starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Ocean Lakes is a family oriented vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families and responsible adults. Any violations to this rule or any Ocean Lakes Family Campground rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Parking passes are purchased directly from Ocean Lakes for $15 per vehicle per day.

Golf cart is complimentary, any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license and be registered to site 1571 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.

This is a very nice beach house and Mr.Jim is very nice. They was very helpful. The house was super clean. Perfect spot for fishing. We will be coming back here we loved it!

Really enjoyed our stay and Jim was super responsive to any needs. The house is super cute. I really didn’t want to leave. So much to explore here and we loved the deck and watching the turtles and wildlife. The screened in porch was awesome as well. Just a sweet and fabulous place! The golf cart is the best extra to have too!

Great stay in Ocean Lakes. Had everything we needed and the golf cart was so nice to have. Only complaint was the 9:00 am checkout. Never had one that early.

Beautiful place amazing view. The owners are very friendly and if you have an issue they will address it. If you rent this property and need to use the pull out bed just make sure you bring extra pillows and blankets. They offer pillows and blankets for the bed only. Make sure you go to the breaker box and turn on the hot water heater we didnt realize we had to and we took cold showers. The place is clean and well kept. Worth the stay.

Thank you for the nice review Sherry. We do our best to take care of our guests and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns. For future stays if you need pillows and a quilt for the pull out they are kept in the clear vinyl bag marked sleeper sofa as we had discussed afterwards. I’m sorry to hear you had cold showers. The guest that had stayed the week before you was trying to be courteous and had switched the breaker off when they left. Guests are always welcome to text or call us anytime. We are happy to help.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Lakes. The property was great & fit all of our needs. Having the golf cart was very convenient & one less thing to book. The property was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Having a 2nd bathroom was a nice feature as well. Loved the back deck & front sunroom. Only a couple of short steps inside making it very kid friendly/safe. The owner was help, timely, and great to communicated with. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Vacation

The owner was so easy to work with. He got us booked within a few hours after our original booking was cancelled. He saved our vacation! My husband and daughter caught lots of fish and had the best time! Highly recommend!

Lovely home

The property was just as described and pictured. Lovely and homey feel. Jim went above and beyond to make the entire booking process as easy as possible. Highly recommend express check in! Perfect home for a small family.

I’m sorry you felt you had difficulty reaching us. We received your text at 5:48, responded at 5:50 and had you in at 5:53. We have been having a time with the keyless entries for some reason and have replaced it 3 times. The current one installed 8/19 has been working great and hopefully that is behind us now.

Halloweekend!

We brought our 2.5 year old for a Halloweekend and had the best time! The house was very clean, and the owner was great with timely communication. We had zero issues! The big back porch and golf cart were a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
