Spacious 3-BR Waterfront Condo w/ Dock & Pool, Walk to Beaches, Bars & Shopping!

Inviting and spacious Condo on Bell Channel. Dockage for Boats up to 40+ ft!. Private deck and eating area overlooking the water and swimming pool. Large, bright and sunny living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen. 3 bedrooms (all Queen beds with additional Twin in TV/Game room) and 3 full bathrooms.

It's a short walk to the pristine beaches, Port Lucaya shops, restaurants and bars. Kayaks, Bicycles, Snorkel gear and beach accessories are all included! Basic tackle for hand line fishing at the dock is also provided. Everything you need for a great vacation is waiting for you!

The crystal clear turquoise waters of the area offer world class diving and snorkeling, exceptional fishing, and miles of white sandy beaches. The Reef Golf Course and Country Club is 1/4 mile away.

BOATERS: Usage of Dock is at your own risk. weather/seas can be unpredictable, If you need to adjust stay due to weather, we will do our best to accommodate as long as it does not conflict with other bookings.

Space for Family

This was a great space to spread out, use as a hub to explore the island and relax in the evening. The condo had all the amenities needed and plenty of extras to keep the kiddos occupied.

Quiet cove

Our stay was lovely. Our accommodations were superb. Clean, spacious and beautiful setting. We didn’t have the weather to enjoy the bikes, kayaks or pool, but we enjoyed long walks on the nearby beach. We visited the marketplace many times for dinner and shopping. The host was responsive and gracious. We would certainly return.

This Condo and location were perfect for our family getaway!

The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 6 to spend quality time together playing cards and just hanging out when inside. Outside, the easy pool and canal access made the location even better. We really enjoyed the easy access to the Market Place and Beach.

Great rental for boaters!

Great rental for boaters. Unit had everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We unfortunately didn’t have the best boating weather for fishing or lobstering but made the best of it. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing rental!!!

4 pleasant days in Freeport

Spent 4 days in Freeport. Condo was as advertised, walking distance to beach, and shops. Well stocked with items you need and a great balcony overlooking the canal. Construction was going on intermittently nearby but not too much of a bother. Internet is sometimes spotty. Hired Jimmy to drive us around and highly recommend doing so. He is a fount of local knowledge and has a lot of friends. Couldn’t go on a boat ride with boat owner downstairs since we didn’t book early.

Great trip!

Very nice place… our driver/ neighbor jimmy was awesome guy, and now we are friends! Only complaint we could have would be the pool wasn’t working and green. But other than that we had a great time! Thank you to the Conway’s!

Spacious condo at a great price

The condo was just the kind of place I like to stay, tucked away from the main streets but just a brisk walk away from most everything you would need. The bikes and kayaks were definitely a nice touch and for anything perhaps a bit to far to walk to, you're there in no time on a bike. The condo itself was comfortably furnished and had everything you would need, just bring/buy hygiene supplies and you're set. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Awesome

Great property, well appointed in a excellent location. Didn't need to bring much with us as kitchen, bathrooms etc well stocked and catered for. Whether you are sitting on the decking or hiding from the heat inside with the AC on, you won't be disappointed. So close to Port Lucaya and all the shops and restaurants as well as the diving facilities at UNEXSO. Thanks Paula, we had a blast!

Great vacation

Was a perfect place for us to stay! The people that lived in the other condos was so nice! AJ was a great to talk to and for advice! Our last night we had somewhat of a pot luck with them by the pool! Short walk to Lucaya! There is short cuts through the bush that cuts out time! If using a taxi barter the price! We had a great time! Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

Perfect Place

The condo is very large, extremely well equipped and is very close to the beaches and the Lucaya Marketplace. The Marketplace has restaurants, bars, and shops all within a 5-10 min walk so we really didn’t even a need a car. The main beach was the same distance and almost 3 miles long. We used the provided bikes to explore the area and go to several other beaches and restaurants. Coming by boat from Florida was easy, and the large dock is very protected and very secure. The People of Freeport were the most friendly and helpful that we have experienced. The fishing and snorkeling were superb and the water crystal clear! We stayed for 5 weeks and highly recommend this place (we will be returning within a year and staying longer,)

Great time in the Bahamas!

My family and I really had a great time at the Conway house. Kept our boat docked out front from which we fished and snorkeled the Bahamian waters and reefs. The dock is well lit at night and from our balcony upstairs we enjoyed the nice breeze we had most of our trip along with a few drinks looking out at the boat and canal. Lots of life in the canal as we fed the resident barracuda, saw a few and even hooked a tarpon from the dock, as well as saw rays, and lots of other fish. The house is spacious and well equipped. Used the grill outside on two occasions and my wife and daughter used the 3 person kayak to explore the surrounding waters. Overall we really had a great time and had plenty of fish to bring back. Would certainly go back and would recommend this spot as the combination of a spacious 3 bedroom, pool and boat dockage at an affordable price is not always easy to come by. Awesome month of June!

We travel with our children, grandchildren(ages 3 & 7) along with friends out of the USA every summer. This vacation did not disappoint!!! Grand Bahama Island was wonderful and deserves for tourism to return after Hurricane Dorian and Covid over the past 3 years. It’s truly a wonderful island and the people are great. I flew in with my daughter and grands, while meeting my husband and son in law there. They took our boat over from Jupiter, Florida and this property is perfect for this too. We loved being able to just dock and come and go by boat. We also met the most helpful neighbor(and homeowner downstairs) that is a really kind, helpful human(AJ) and simply the best. If you fly in, we took the owners advice and contacted Jimmy to pick us up. Jimmy literally acted as our local tour guide and driver everywhere. We literally traveled from one end of the island to the other, many times with him, hanging out in smaller fishing villages and the locals. If you want a great location, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, the market and a great grocery store a mile away… have a pool, the canal, privacy and not in a cookie cutter resort.. where you’re not experiencing the island, then this lovely condo is the place for you. We will be back and have made real friends there bc of this place. You’ll love it!

Excellent Home!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Our group consisted of me and my husband, our three children, and my in-laws. This home had everything we needed and more! The pool was a great bonus if we felt like relaxing at home, and the guys enjoyed fishing off of the dock every day and evening. We walked to Lucaya Marketplace (about 15 minutes - make sure you use the cut-through!) every day for shopping and dinner, and the home was a great central location for everything. AJ, the homeowner downstairs, was extremely kind and helpful with suggestions! We ended up eating at Zorba’s four times because the menu was so big and the food and staff were so great!! We loved Banana Bay for lunch and the beautiful beach location. We used taxis for the first two days but that ended up becoming pricey quickly, so we ended up getting a rental for the remainder of the trip. The owners have a cork board in the kitchen with tons of recommendations from them and past guests on dining and activities, we used this every day! If you are considering a Freeport getaway, this place is where you need to stay. The condo is huge, clean, and I can’t say enough about the owners! They reached out prior to the trip with a discount card to the nearby grocery store and to let us know about the backup Wi-Fi that was installed - we had trouble connecting when we got there, and the owner was quick to communicate with me to get it all sorted out immediately. Five stars for sure!

Great Grand Bahamas Location

We stayed at the Bell Channel Bay condo for 2 weeks in March 2023. The unit is very cozy, well appointed - prob among the best we’ve experienced. Easily can accommodate 3 couples, although we were on our own. It is centrally located, however if you’re not a walker you will need to rent a car - there is a local spot down the street that will pick you up - but it is only 5 minute walk. Cars are clean and serviceable, but a little dated compared to national car rental companies. We had no issues renting a car for just a day - you just need to remember you will be driving on the left side of the road like in the UK. There are many amazing restaurants to try, including Out Da Sea, Flying Fish, Stoned Crab and Zorba’s (really good coffee). The condo is a little dated, however beautifully decorated and its obvious the owners put lots of love and attention into the unit. The building itself is undergoing major renovations, but is a nice little community. The neighbourhood is a little run down, but again is undergoing a rejuvenation process. We still felt very safe and met some of the neighbors - you just need to put yourself out there. The Condo is well labelled for easy understanding of light switches/ appliances etc. It was also great to have a local phone available to connect with others on WhatsApp, and use for emergency calls, reservations at restaurants, etc - this ensured we didn’t need to purchase our own roaming plan. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away. There are vendors on the beach that are not aggressive but appreciative of your business. Feel free to take your own chairs (provided at the Condo)/drinks, but they have some available there if you wish (for a fee). Lunch is also available there - menu changes with what is in season. Hope this helps anyone thinking about staying here, and hope you enjoy the location as much as we did.

This house and the owners are fantastic!

We stayed in this lovely house from April 20-23. First, about the owners; Great communication! They were very helpful & made everything so easy before and during our stay. We only wish we would have had the opportunity to have met them while there. Now about the house/location; Everything was exactly as the owner described it on VRBO. We were a party of 6 (4 adults, one 17 year old and one 12 year old) and we had an abundance of space. It is comfortably furnished, clean & well stocked. We met some of the neighbors from our building & really enjoyed visiting with them on the dock & getting to know them. Having the dock and channel right outside was great and we would have snorkled and kayaked in the channel if we would have had more time. The neighbors were really nice & they provided a wealth of information about things to do. The location felt very safe & private & the house was peaceful, very comfortable & quiet. Especially, considering it was only a few blocks away from the big resorts on Lucaya Beach and the Lucaya Market, where the bars, restaurants and shopping are located. We decided to rent a car to explore the island & the more deserted beaches because we aren't really into the crowded resort beaches. During our stay, we traveled from one end of the island, literally to the other... 90 some miles, to be exact. We snorkeled at Deadman's Reef on the west end of the island one day. That was a great way to spend the day. It is beautiful and they have a restaurant, a tiny gift shop, snorkel equipment rentals, (we brought our own equipment) restrooms & an area where you can change clothes. The next day we headed east on the island & swam/snorkeled at the beach at Fortune Bay. Aside from our family, there were only about 10 other people, as far as the eye could see. After a few hours at Fortune Beach, we traveled to another beach at East Grand Bahama. There, we were completely alone. The water was rougher and the coral was right at the waterline of the beach so we didn't swim. This was where we beach combed for miles & found soooo many beautiful shells and coral formations. This house and the owners are fantastic and we will definitely stay here again. (Soon, I hope and for a longer stay!) I highly recommend it!

Perfect location

We stayed the week of March 5th-12th 2022. Our trip was centered around scuba diving with Sunn Odssey Divers, (Great operation. Karen runs the office while Nick the Legend runs we boats). The location of the Condo was minutes from the dive shop, multiple grocery stores, Liquor store. The Port Lucaya Marketplace was an easy walk or Kayak away. The Condo had lots of common living space along with some separate quite areas The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs perfectly. The pool, dock and kayaks added to our ability to enjoy the grounds. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I primarily reside in the United States and love to travel. We share a passion for Caribbean sun, snorkeling, beaches, shelling and fishing . Grand Bahama offers us the best of all of these .

After travelling to many Caribbean locations, my wife and I rented this condo in Freeport. We were very impressed by its large, bright space, water views from every room, available dockage for our boat and beaches just a short walk away.

The incredible white beaches, crystal blue waters, exceptional snorkeling/diving and fishing as well as the friendliest local people we have come across checked all our boxes for our dream vacation. We realized we had to make this place our own.

As we are only able to reside here a portion of the year we decided to continue to share this wonderful place as a vacation rental destination.

After touring the island on our first visit we realized how optimal the location was for beaches, shopping, restaurants, and local amenities. Being a boatable destination with dockage from the United States is a bonus. The all inclusive amenities (bikes & kayaks) add even more fun to your vacation and gives versatility to travelling. Many guests even choose not to have a car but if you change your mind there is a car rental located a short walk away.
