• Noise Ordinance
Mariposa Ridge is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 9:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Carolina Mornings offers many properties that offer seclusion, so if this is an inconvenience for you, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• The swimming pool at Mariposa Ridge is not heated and is open seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
