This handicap accessible private home is 5 miles from the beach, 12 miles from downtown Portland, and 9 miles from Portland International Jetport. The 6-year-old home is newly renovated, and has an all-season porch attached. The location is quiet and peaceful, and equipped with a generator. You will feel like you are in the countryside, yet close to everything. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts. A 10% discount for a full week rental, 35% discount for monthly rental.

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our six night stay. The entrance ramp was a huge benefit for my elderly mother who was traveling with us. The host quickly responded to my questions and the location was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great house! We loved it! Where do I begin: It was easy to get to any destination we wanted to go to. The house was very roomy and clean. The house had anything we needed. The price was perfect. We had a great first trip to Maine and would definitely come back to this house!

We had great stay at this property in late August. The house is very well appointed, very clean and well stocked. The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay. Quiet area that feels like you are far away from everything but are still only15-20 minutes away from everything you want to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condition and fully equipped with everything needed including all kitchenware, appliances, towels (bath and beach). AC for all rooms and updated appliances. Excellent location for all local attractions and about 3 hours from Acadia. We would definitely stay again!
