5 Bedroom, 4 Bath offers Beautiful views from every room in the house and the infinity edge pool. Fresh papaya, limes, peppers and more from our gardens. Access to our community dock where you can swim, snorkel or watch the eagle rays at night. High end amenities including RO drinking water, ducted AC in every room, fiber networking with mesh WiFi and cable TV, and a 7-seat surround-sound theater for those rainy days.

We offer additional concierge service with our property manager, Roatan Dream Vacation Rentals. Have the house pre-stocked before your arrival and have in home chef services or all meals cooked during your stay. Daily housekeeping can be provided for an additional price.

We had a wonderful week at Diamond Vista. The house was just perfect for us - lots of space for our family of five (with three teenagers) to spread out as well as to gather for dinners and movie nights. The views are spectacular and we loved the pool. The sound system and entertainment options were fantastic. The house itself is in a very quiet community and not near the action, but for us this was a plus and we appreciated that we were close to Pristine Bay for golf, beach club, and dinners. We also enjoyed nearby Kristi’s Overlook for Mexican food. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the dock at the bottom of the hill, but the one time our daughters went, they saw eagle rays at sunset which was a highlight of their stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Had every amenity you could think of. If cooking/baking is your thing, this is a great kitchen to do it in. Loved the flow in the house. The continuity in the furniture. Tranquility is the word that comes to mind. Even the rain was mesmerizing when viewed from the living room. The house manager Desiree was a font of information referring places to visit and restaurants to eat. Someone even made us a woven basket and left fruit at the front door. Charming country, the people were warm and welcoming. The house & views just incredible. Would definitely revisit!

Paradise

Beautiful home!! Roatán never disappoints and this home was perfect for our group! The rain got us a couple of days but the home layout and the palapa outside allowed for us to stay comfortable even when having to stay home. They made the recommendation to use Chef Robby for a birthday celebration and that was a great experience and a highlight of the trip. Desiree was always very responsive and helpful. Thanks for letting us use your home!

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. They have anything you need for your stay. The property manager was communicative from booking through checkout.The guy who helped us checkin was helpful and suggested great places. If you're considering this place, do it! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful property

This property was beautiful. The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool was spacious and the view spectacular. We were provided a thorough packet of information that covered everything from running the electronics to listings of restaurants. Tiffany was our contact during our stay and she was very responsive, informative, and fun! We had Chef Robbie cook for us two evenings and he was wonderful. The food was amazing. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Respite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect, the views amazing and the parrots and monkey visits in the morning were a pleasant surprise. The easy access to the kayaks, dock and beach was nice. In the off season, it’s very quiet. We took advantage of the home theater with movie nights every night. There is a hill up the driveway that is a beast! If you go for a kayak or such, it’s a solid hill to walk up after. There is a snorkel tour right up the street you can walk to that was good and close. Because of the location, plan on having a driver take you places each day as there aren’t coffee shops or restaurants to walk to.

AMAZING!!!

Absolutely LOVED this space. Views were better than pictures, simply breath taking. The place felt like home for my family including small children. We enjoyed the theater room and pool very much! To say the least, the home is very clean, safe, and peaceful with everyhing that you need. It is away from the rustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere you need. We used Juan Carlos for our transportation and tours as recommended. He was always prompt and very informative. My kids became his little buddies! The check in and check out process was very efficient and smooth. Communication with the manager was prompt. We really enjoyed the place. Thank you for hosting us! We would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Great House! Great Location! Great Stay!

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of two adults and three kids (ages 7, 10, and 13), and it was the perfect getaway for our family. The house is perched on a hill just a short walk from the beach, located in a quiet, gated neighborhood that felt extremely safe.The home itself is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and the theatre room made for cozy movie nights. The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from French Harbor, giving us easy access to a variety of activities like visiting monkeys and sloths, snorkeling, diving, and dining.One of the highlights of our trip was the cook recommended by the property manager. It was a game-changer, especially for my wife, who truly got to relax and enjoy her vacation without worrying about cooking or cleaning.A bonus that isn’t mentioned in the listing is the whole-house generator. During our stay, there were a few brief power outages, but the house never missed a beat thanks to the generator—a thoughtful and invaluable feature.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations with its comfort, amenities, and attention to detail. When we return to Roatan, we’ll absolutely try to book this house again!

Beautiful!

The pictures don’t do justice to the actual beauty! My family and I are so happy we rented this house! It’s huge! Our party of 7 were quite comfortable! The pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous! The house and property were very well maintained and very clean. The owner gives you everything you need to know about the property and the entire island. Very well informed. We rented a car so we were able to drive everywhere on the island. Larry, the owner hooked us up with Chef Robbie, who cooked for us in the house. Worth every penny! We don’t regret renting the house at all! The few hiccups we had with checking in, were quickly handled to everyone’s satisfaction! Will definitely reserve the house the again, the next time we go back to Roatan! Larry, Desiree and Orlando, thank you so much!!!

My Birthday Trip!!!!

Our stay at Diamond Vista was unbelievable! The home was as advertised and the attention to detail for the guest needs was on point. The good stuff first! Prior to arrival, all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Desiree, Ms. Gail and Juan were all a pleasure to work with! When we arrived, Juan Carlos was waiting for us at the airport as scheduled. He is very knowledgeable about the island, and provided us with a lot of info on restaurants and what to do in the area. He was WONDERFUL and we were beyond excited to have him as our driver for the duration of the trip. We booked a charter with Amavi, and his guys took exceptional care of us. We had an amazing time on the water. As with life, there's always a hiccup here and there. The first issue was the key code to the front door didn't work the first night when we returned from dinner. After a few minutes being scared to death because it was very late and we were in the jungle (lol), Ms. Gail was right on top of it and we were safely inside. Quite a few of the bathroom sinks doesn't drain well and the outside seating area near the pool hadn't been cleaned, so we didn't get to utilize it, but I'm sure, had I contacted Ms. Gail, she would have taken care of it. The pool was a little dirty the first day we arrived, but again when I contacted Ms. Gail about it, she got right on top of it, and the pool guy was at the house to take care of it the next morning. All in all, the house is beautiful and we will visit again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This Horne is exactly like the photos! Gorgeous inside, amazing view and plenty of room for our 2 families of 4. Well stocked with cookware, bakeware, storage containers and all the spices and condiments that have been left behind by other travelers or the owners. We used the theater room almost every night to play games! There were plenty of beach towels and a speaker to use. The gated community is very safe and everyone we met there was so friendly and made us feel like a regular. Desiree and Tiffany were great to communicate with and the lady who checked us out (can’t recall her name!) was also super friendly and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The. Beach across the street is small, and well maintained. We had use of the palapas and could snorkel off the dock. We did catch an eagle ray sighting our last night just after sunset! The grocery store is a convenient 10 min drive from the home. Our only issue (which wasn’t really an issue, we made it work) was the home was advertised as having 3 king beds and there were 2, with 3 queens. Our other request would be extra blankets and a cooler we could take to the beach. We did learn there were long term renters under us after the fact. They were lovely housemates and we didn’t hear each other at all! They don’t have access to the pool so it’s still just used by the main house guests. We would 100% recommend this home!! You will not be disappointed!

The property was beautiful, safe, private, quiet and accommodating. The property managers were awesome with communication and professionalism. They also connected us with transportation, Juan Carlos of Islander Tours. We had an awesome time. Definitely would recommend this property and tour guide.
