I’m a long time Scottsdale resident who grew up in McCormick Ranch. I love the beautiful, friendly, green and clean feel in heart of Scottsdale. Being centrally located, it gives you the best of both worlds - being literally next to green belts, golf, great schools, communities, and hospitals, as well as having easy access to major freeways, airport(s), events, springs training, casinos, concerts and entertainment.
This place has a rich history, and amazing amenities nearby.
Scottsdale is coined “The West’s most Western Town”. I’m just happy to call it Home.

McCormick Ranch is a true gem! It is reminisced as being City of Scottsdale’s very northern-most tip. With its lush, green streets and scenic roads, it is also conveniently located in close proximity to green belts, parks, hospitals, restaurants, night life, shopping, hiking trails, major freeways, a 20 min drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and a mere 2-3 hour drive to Sedona or Flagstaff…. and don’t forget to visit the historic Old Town Scottsdale - The West’s most Western Town!
Getting around:
Major Freeways (101, 51, 202, I-10, I-17), and Greenbelt with Walk and Bike paths are very close. You can also Uber/Lyft anywhere. Make sure you give them the 8260 E Mountain View address and tell them you’re at the condos immediately to the East of the gas station/strip mall.
