Very nice and spacious condo.It was well maintained and very clean the location was perfect close to my daughter’s house and downtown.I would highly recommend staying there!As I would next time we travel.

The unit was exactly as described and pictured—very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great and felt very safe, which I really appreciated.One thing to note for light-sensitive sleepers: the outdoor lighting in the parking area is quite bright and shines into the larger back bedroom with the king bed. While I understand and appreciate the added security, the room didn’t get as dark as I prefer for sleeping, so I ended up using the smaller bedroom instead (which still had some light, but less).Blackout shades in the bedrooms would make a big difference.Overall, this is a very nice space, and I would definitely recommend it!

This experience was absolutely perfect for us. The host goes above and beyond to accommodate. The cottage itself is charming. Spotless and very comfortable. I have stayed at a few places when visiting this area including the Hampton Inn and this is hands down the most convenient and comfortable.

The place was very comfortable.Plenty of room. Had everything we needed.Could have used a dresser or cabinet for clothing . We stayed a week and would have been nice to keep clothing somewhere.I would rent this place every time I am in the area

Our family has stayed at the cottage several times now and it’s been great every time. The cleanliness and amenities of the house are second to none! Lori is a wonderful host who is responsive and available for anything needed. Forest City is a charming little town and we love to stay at the cottage when we visit our daughter at Gardner-Webb. ‘Sko Dawgs!

Great cottage right on Main St

We stayed here while moving our daughter into her college dorm and were very happy with every aspect of the property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is convenient to everything in the area. Communication with the owner was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay. It is about 20 minutes to TIEC for horse shows and served us well. It is comfortable and well-equipped, not to mention clean.

Just what I needed

Such a clean, cozy place. It was the perfect size for me. I really enjoyed how close it was to a grocery store, and the main downtown area with a cute bakery and a few other local spots. This little place is exactly what I was looking for while visiting Tryon!

Labor Day Weekend near the Mountains.

Cottage was as picture. Very clean, had every thing you needed just like home. Many of the stores within a short drive. Many attractions and places to see within short driving distance as well. Great place to stay. Two thumbs up.

This is a unique property near beautiful downtown Forest City, NC. Built in 1925, the property is steps away from the Thermal Belt Rail Trail and the stadium for the Forest City Owls. A short walk or drive takes you to downtown where you will find unique shops and dining.
