Located less than a mile from the Sea Gull Lighthouse, this stylish getaway is perfect for your next beach vacation. This coastal bungalow is one half of a duplex that has been completely renovated for your enjoyment! The sunlit interior offers high ceilings, wood floors, and new appliances. After fun-filled days exploring the coast, kick back for movie nights on the smart TV in the living area. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides all you need to create your favorite meals. A gas grill creates another way to prepare your dishes. The outdoor space is appointed with a firepit, ideal for stargazing. No matter the occasion, this wonderfully located retreat is just the spot you are looking for.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A double sofabed adds an extra sleeping option.
Streaming is available with guests' own account(s).
This vacation rental does not have heat.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, easy access to all the places we wanted to go to! Only negative side was the bed. Mattress is very old and has no cushion. After our 4 day stay we noticed a heavy musty smell from the bedding and couch.

Great location! Perfect for 2

Located in a quiet neighborhood right by seagull beach. Really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. One needed improvement is that the mattress is slightly uncomfortable and could use an upgrade.

Pictures are deceiving

Was very disappointed in the state of the home. We were so excited to stay in this quaint cottage home, but I was honestly grossed out at times to be inside the property. The couch and the mattress are clearly very old and squeak any time you sit on them or move around. The floors seemed to not have been swept, there was sand all over so we had to sweep the floors ourselves. The shower curtain does not stay up and on multiple occasions had to shower without it up. There is mold all over the bathroom, the shower curtain, on the cabinets, and even on the lamp shades in the bedroom. I was able to smell it after a couple of days there. The overall upkeep of the property could use some attention to detail. Luckily we were out and about all day and didn't spend much time there, but I would not rebook next time.

Just about everything was great, and the location is perfect! However, the shower floor needed a little bit of work, and the bed could have been more comfortable. The staff has also been very helpful in helping us track down an item that we accidentally left behind.

Who needs a shower?!?

We walked into our unit and the shower was demolished. We books months in advance for our vacation at the Cape and was astonished at the lack of communication and we'll.. the lack of a shower. Extremely unprofessional for such a huge company. Would not recommend.

Beautiful Duplex!

The house was very cute and in a very good neighborhood! Seagull beach was a quick walk down the road! We must’ve missed the part in the listing about how the house is a duplex with the other half being rented out through vacasa as well. Our neighbors the last night had a dog staying with them that barked ALL night long which was quite frustrating but definitely not the hosts fault at all! Highly recommend this stay!

We loved the VRBO. Everything was perfect, so clean, convenient, & wonderful for our stay. Communication was easy and helpful and very timely. Highly recommend this rental!!

Nice Property

Great clean little cottage. Perfect for two adults and a dog. The back yard is fenced in which was a pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood there is a private beach within walking distance or a 5 minute drive to the public beach. The only issue we had was both mattresses seemed old and were not comfortable.

Clean but could use some love

The house is in a great location, and it kept very clean. It could use a new mattress and couch, both were pretty uncomfortable. Make sure to bring shower shoes, tiles on the shower floor are missing grout/sharp. It was a nice place to stay for the week. The near by beach was beautiful with a large parking lot.

Just as described!

Small and simple but exactly what you need for a little getaway where you’re out and about! It was really great. I like the neighborhood and easy to access everything. The customer service was really great and helpful when we got stranded on Nantucket for longer than expected. Appreciate the customer service and the simplicity of our stay!

Cute small cape rental

This small vacation rental was great for 2 people. The home was a good size and was in a perfect location for what was around. Was a 12 min walk to the beach down the st. Kitchen was a plus. Was clean and provides us with magazines and brochures for things to see/do. We went for 3 nights and was perfect for couple wanting to get away for a few days. Would stay again.

The Cape 2023

The location was fantastic, very close to areas that we enjoy while in Cape Cod. There was some damage to the floor tiles in the bathroom however.
