Winfield Place offers 2 heated pools, a spa & sauna, lush landscaping, barbecue grills, water fountains & night security guard. Free parking. This ground unit is on the corner in the back of the complex, offering privacy. For extra relaxation, there is a wonderful high-end massage recliner chair waiting in the living room. 2 min to Old Town Scottsdale or a 15 min walk to downtown, top restaurants, and entertainment. Near Fashion Square Mall, Old Town, Art District, SF Giants Ballpark, golf course, and walking and biking trails by the canal. Clubhouse with a billiard table, business center, TV, library, and free WiFi. 1-month min stay.

This is a beautiful Condo in the very sought after Winfield Condo complex. Megan and Thomas were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, addressed any small concerns we had quickly and satisfactorily.

Kenneth and Janine were fantastic guests! They were very respectful of my property, communicative, kind, and meticulous about maintaining the place. Upon their departure, the condo was spotless. I think they were the best and cleanest guests I ever had. They are always welcome to come back!

One of the Best !

For 20 years we've rented in Scottsdale Dec and Jan. This rental is a favorite! We greatly enjoyed the location near downtown, the nicely decorated spacious one-bedroom unit in a quiet condo facility with pleasant outdoor seating areas. The kitchen is well supplied with appliances beyond the standard coffee pot and toaster. And....a super comfortable bed besides ! We hope to return for another winter in this rental.

Mimi and Ken have been wonderful guests! They are an incredibly kind, tidy, and respectful couple. My place looked like it had been freshly cleaned upon their departure. I'm looking forward to hosting them again.

We are a family of 4, with a teenager and an elementary school kid. We are seasoned in the vacation rental business. We try our best to accommodate the guests, making sure they have everything provided as needed. We take into consideration every constructive advice and critique to improve the quality of service as a host. Very easy to reach, we respond typically within an hour. As much as we can, we block the calendar to enjoy the place ourselves. Even though it is a "staycation" for us, the kids enjoy the heated pools so much. Also, we love to walk by the canal. Sometimes, we bring our bikes to stroll around the town or the canal. The wife is a hiker, so she enjoys beautiful hiking trails nearby. She is a shopper too, so the Fashion Square Mall is coming in handy...
We love to spend our date night there, as we enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars. And the best part is that we do not even have to take an Uber, we can just walk back home!

It is a very nice, quiet, and safe community. Greatly monitored and taken care of subdivision. Many owners are snowbirds that are coming there for years. It is a super convenient location, very close to downtown but not too close, preventing from hearing nightlife noise over the weekends. The place itself is cozy, with good space, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen.
