Please note: One flight of stairs is required to enter this unit.

Designed for cozy mountain living, this 300 sq. ft. retreat offers a warm and welcoming space to unwind after a day outdoors. The elevated vantage point provides a beautiful view of the Crystal River, creating a relaxing backdrop for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.

Kitchenette

The well-equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided to help you start each day comfortably.

Rental Policies

This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table located in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.

All pets require pre-approval. There is a limit of one pet per stay, and an additional pet fee of $75–$150 (determined by length of stay) applies. Due to our API connection, this fee is charged separately on third-party platforms.

To help keep pricing competitive for lower guest occupancy, an additional occupancy fee applies for more than two adults.
