Vaulted 15’ ceiling creates a large space to relax, work and sleep. Two single bed are accessed via a loft ladder which provides the children with a space of their own. See the bright loving space with two skylights, cedar beams and chandelier. Our 2023 completed house has everything you’ll need including : 75” Tv and 65” TV, WiFi , full size fridge.

This was a perfect Verbo to stay at. Layout was amazing and use of space great. Had everything you could need with laundry, large kitchen, cozy and very clean. Loft perfect for 11 and 15 yr old. Instructions were clear for entry and clean up. I would book this location again in a heartbeat

The area is fantastic but it is a bit hard to find if you're coming at night because the streets are a bit confusing and dark. Overall had a great time and there were enough beds and bedding for everyone to have separate sleeping arrangements

This was such a charming little house. It was quiet, clean and comfortable - slept like a baby! Had everything I needed for over a week stay (and more). Was also super nice having the Royal Bay bakery nearby and the lagoon so close. Highly recommend!

Lovely property - very clean and well-supplied with all you need during your stay. Lovely garden surroundings and a friendly cat! Easy check-in/out procedure with all details given by host. Host was very approachable, though we did not need to make contact during our stay. Parking was available at the house and it was an easy drive to Victoria and surrounding attractions.The upstairs twin room was fine for us as our party were all fit and over 18 - the ladder was quite steep which might be a concern for anyone with mobility issues or for young children.

The accommodation is modern and clean. It's a long drive into Victoria from this accommodation, but the accommodation itself is immaculate and well equipped. The property would be stretched to accommodate 6 people and the loft area is possibly suitable for teenagers but not for young children. The roof height in the loft is limited so the space felt cramped. There is no storage space for clothes in the loft, not even a chair. The ground floor space is well laid out and comfortable.

Lovely small home on the same property as the owners house. Plenty of space to relax and prep meals while our family visited the area. Clean, kitchen well equipped. Andrew was prompt to reply to any messages!

Superb property, very well located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and we had everything we needed for cooking, even a BBQ.The owner was able to respond to our requests extremely quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay!

The space is beautifully finished and has a well stocked kitchen (the best I’ve seen). It was a great place for our vacation, complete with a lovely outdoor space. The property manager was welcoming and made the entire process simple for us. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem

This property was an amazing ADU-clean, modern and well stocked. Although the location looks like its a bit outside of Victoria, its close enough to be accessible for day trips, yet far enough away to give you a break from the "city". A short walk to the beach was one of our favorite late afternoon activities. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

surprise luxury

The owners were very obliging and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is very well designed for maximum use of space and equipped with all the necessary everyday requirements creating a complete satisfactory private stay. Highly recommend this rental.
