Brand new bright and sunny 1 br. The Sand toned wood flooring throughout speaks to the nearby beach which stretches for miles in both directions. A short walk to Olympic View Golf Club and the club’s award winning Table 19 restaurant. The local Red Barn Market is but a 2 minute stroll away. You are just minutes from the beaches and oceanfront park at Royal Bay and it’s newly built shopping center with full grocery and liquor store. This 1 bedroom suite has its own separate entrance with stairs leading up to the suite. You can expect all the comforts and privacy of home and is suitable for both short or long term stays. 10 minutes from Royal Roads University, and on a bus route makes all of Victoria easily within reach.

Superb location in quality quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room with all the amenities you could wish for. Walking distance to grocery store and a decent restaurant at nearby Golf Course (Table 19) Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is a bright clean space on a street of modern homes built into the natural landscape. Well equipped kitchen and it was great to have the use of a washer and dryer. Good location, easy communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay in Colwood BC, Canada

The accommodation was perfect for my family. It is close to Olympic View Golf Course which has an excellent restaurant. As well 2 walking trails, and Beachland are nearby including a beautiful new children’s playground and a shopping centre.

Everything was perfect. Host had thought of everything. Was so nice to not have to run to the store for things like dish and laundry detergent. In a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

Delightful area, super clean suite

Me and my family were able to access a beautiful walking path and neighbourhood for morning walks, the market being only a 5-minute walk away. Everything was clean and the hosts were super lovely to bump into. Highly recommend this comfortable suite for small groups/couples.

This was a wonderful apartment just a short drive into town, easy peasy! Excellent deal considering cost to stay in Victoria & we enjoyed the nearby walks too! Lovely hosts, very welcoming & helpful.

The unit was centrally located and fit our needs perfectly. The reason I gave it a good and not excellent was because there was construction noise but that is not the owners fault.

Marc and Sandy's place is absolutely beautiful! Located in a great neighborhood just a 30 min drive to Victoria. The place had everything we needed and we slept well! Hope to come again :)

Beautiful neighborhood ! Close to golf course

Very convenient location and steps away from the golf course for the avid golfers out there ! Nice and quiet street , close commute to all amenities . Would definitely stay here again and again .
