Great location!

Walking distance to the beach & a trolley for those who don’t want to walk! Quiet neighborhood with the option to get a pool/workout room pass for the day or week. The house was spacious for our family and dog - we all loved the screened in porch. Overall a very nice stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

House and location perfect for our weekend away. Beach was walking distance (1 mile, flat and pleasant stroll through neighborhoods). Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Good communication with host. Would stay here again!

Great stay in an awesome location!

We loved our weeklong stay at this great property! We were the perfect distance from the beach and tons of things to do. The house was well stocked and maintained, with lots of touches that made it feel like home. Most of all, we loved that it was dog friendly so we could share our vacation with our family pet.

Great location!

This home in Bethany West allowed our family to walk to the pool, pickleball courts, beach and shops! Super convenient and plenty of space for everyone.

We enjoyed this house very much. The location is perfect, the house is very clean and it had all the space we needed. The kitchen had everything to make meal prep easy, they had all we needed and extra. We were very happy in this house.

Great house

The house was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I was surprised at the size of the bedrooms. A great layout for several friends. Caroline responded promptly when I contacted her about a minor issue. I really enjoyed my stay there.

House is close to beach, Dewey boardwalk, and restaurants

The house was perfect for a family. We had 8 people and a baby. There was plenty of room. It had beautiful beach decor. It was furnished with everything you need. Very clean. Needless to say we had a beautiful family vacation

We have spent summers in Bethany for many years and as our kids have grown and family expanded, we have needed more room for family gatherings. We love this spacious four bedroom layout. The location is perfect - easy access to beach and restaurants, walking or riding the trolley. And the amenities in Bethany West are wonderful: optional fee ($30/week/person) for 2 guarded pools, pickleball/tennis court access, and a fitness center. Great area to walk dogs and enjoy time away. House has WiFi, laundry, fully equipped kitchen.

Bethany West is very family friendly, but also a nice place to just get away from it all year round. The house is four bedrooms and the interior is recently updated. The back porch is comfy and has a table for eating as well as seating for just relaxing. The large yard offers yet another space for grilling, playing games and spreading out and enjoying your vacation.
