Houston Skyline Retreat is a luxe centrally located new construction townhouse. Great for families and groups!!! All 3 bedrooms bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms.

Wood Flooring and marble tile throughout the entire house with beautiful granite countertops. Features private parking garage and lots of street parking available. All beds have mattresses with memory foam for comfort. All rooms have a smart TV (4 total).

The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and twin bed. Furnished patio in front of the home. Enclosed Wrought Iron Fence front yard.

Second floor boasts an open concept with stylishly furnished living room, dining room and breakfast/game area. Has a full size kitchen and half bath. Kitchen features quartz countertops, black stainless steel Samsung appliances (Double oven!), walk-in pantry, and island. Stove features a gas cooktop. The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances. Kitchen utensils, essentials, and dishes. Furnished balcony overlooks the city skyline.

Third floor hosts the master bedroom, a secondary bedroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom features two huge walk-in closets , double vanity, work station and furnished balcony. There is a heated jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom suite.

Minutes away from Minute Maid Park, George R. Brown Convention, Toyota Center, Downtown Houston, Texas Medical Center, Discovery Green, NRG stadium, countless bars, and restaurants including the Breakfast Klub. It is close to all the best that Houston has to offer including Dynamo, downtown entertainment & theaters. This is the perfect spot for both people visiting Houston or locals looking for an in town getaway. Enjoy a stroll down the tree lined streets. Safe area with lots of new developments, families and working professionals.

Awesome Stay

Great place, parking is easy, the house is spacious, the listing accurately depicts the house and it’s close to the highway. Can’t ask for more than that! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful view of downtown

Easy access to the interstate and a short distance to main attractions in downtown. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The balcony view was beautiful and relaxing. Definitely on my favorites list

Conveniently located, home-y getaway.

We stayed for a weekend trip to Houston! The house was clean inside upon arrival. The Host responded timely to feedback and was able to accommodate soon after! Location is listed as midtown and just close enough to everything we needed, conveniently located right off 288. We felt safe in the area! We will re-book the next time we come, thank you so much for hosting us!
