We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. The pedestrian gate code should have been correct, and we apologize if there was an error — we’re always available to provide assistance if needed. Regarding the leak under the sink and the shower curtain, we were not aware of these concerns but would have been happy to resolve them promptly had we been informed. While we cannot control the water pressure in the area, we understand how frustrating it can be. Additionally, we have shared your comments about the sofa with the property owner to ensure it is reviewed and replaced if necessary.

Dommage manque d'entretien

Great stay

Very impressed with the management and presentation of this apartment. We arrived on a Sunday so the office was closed - however we received very detailed directions to the office and a lockbox key. The apartment block is kept amazingly clean and in a handy location - close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The actual apartment is spacious and comfortable - overlooking the pool but also had some ocean and mountain views. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment to others.
