Soaring wood ceilings, huge windows, 3 dining areas, 2 decks, gazebo, and dock for your own watercraft! Master suite loft with spacious sitting room, desk, books. Write, paint, launch a business! Enjoy the fire pit, poolside patio or the sand at water's edge.. Grill on your private deck. Bring a boat, fish, ski, bike, hike, walk, swim in the pool or lake. Sightsee at the many historic areas! Public Golf & free Tennis 12 min away! Only 90 minutes to Atlanta or Augusta airports. Quiet, wooded area. Sorry, no children under age 10 and no pets, pleaase.

This is my magical place where I have written multiple books, created many video trainings and E-Courses, as well as my YouTube Channel and Video Podcast. For more than a decade, this was my recovery place, my Happy Place, between traveling the world to give speeches and do trainings on four continents. Now, I am so delighted to be able to be here every morning! I attribute being in this place of 3 Waters to have helped me to become a best-selling author who has appeared on Oprah with my books. As a Literary Consultant and Presentation Coach, I have the perfect setting to help my clients to reach their full potential if they work with me in person rather than via Zoom. I designed and built this place, creating it as I have done with my writing and speaking.
