Our favourite apartment in Cyprus!

We have visited Cyprus numerous times and have stayed at this property regularly over the past decade. This penthouse has almost equal inside outside areas overlooking the extensive bay area from Polis to Latchi in one direction and the inland hills from the other. Less than five minutes walk to the beach. Tastefully furnished with comfortable bedrooms, inside and outside seating and dining areas.

Great Autumn break in Latchi

We found the property to be just what we wanted - outside space to sit in the sun and close to the beach for afternoon swims.The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage. The front bedroom was affected by the noise coming from the pumps under the parking area. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location, location,location!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and uncluttered but with all the equipment needed for a self-catering holiday. The terrace, and the views from it was wonderful. An ideal holiday home within easy reach of the beach, tavernas, harbour and supermarket as well as many interesting places to visit. The only thing that could be improved would be a file to be available with useful information about the appliances , water heater, and T.V. code etc.

Wunderschönes Zypern

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in dem sehr schönen und absolut perfekt ausgestatteten Apartment von Melitta und Alfred. Die Lage ist wahnsinnig schön, man ist in einer Minute am Strand und von den beiden sehr großzügigen Terrassen hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Alle Nord-westlichen Ziele sind sehr gut und bequem zu erreichen. Auch beim Kochen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wahnsinnig netter Kontakt und in einer kleinen Notsituation sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, danke noch einmal dafür. Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden, dass wir uns für dieses Apartment entschieden haben, unser Urlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können!

Excellent, well furnished and situated apartment

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment ,which was only a very short walk to the seafront and a pleasant stroll into Latchi with its numerous restaurants and harbour. Bright, clean, well furnished with great views the accommodation met all our needs. Would definitely stay again in the future

We spend 10 years in the marina Latchi our winter.
So we know this environment very well. This apartment is just right for us. It is a very quiet corner, and yet you can reach in a short time on the promenade the small fishing port town of Latsi. There are many seafood restaurants where you can spend unforgettable evenings. You can also find a supermarket there. The water sports offers many different boats for hire.
The nearest major town of Polis, where you can get everything for shopping, is on foot in 25 minutes. reachable,

The nearest bus stop and car rental are nearby.
The Akamas peninsula with the beautiful hiking trails and the right, you can not be closer to the sea! It is the most beautiful and peaceful part of Cyprus.
The peninsula Akamas with the beautiful bays, as well as the bath of the Aphrodite is worth a visit.
There are also many trails very recommendable.
Those who love cycling will find pleasure on the hilly island, a rental shop is in Polis.
The golf courses are also very recommendable, Tsada
is 35 km away.

The town of Paphos is about 40km away, the harbor invites you to stroll, a special feature are the royal tombs and the ancient excavations.

For us it is important to be as close as possible to the sea. Before the breakfast with the bathrobe to go swimming, better you can not have it. Whether from the bedroom, dining area or large terrace the sea you always have in front of you. You always have palm trees and different shrubs in bloom before you, the garden is lovingly planted and is well looked after.
